Asked if it was possible to move my fridge today 3 miles away from the pick up location, the operator said it would cost over a thousand because it was last second 😂, for one object 1k+ is insane.

The agent that calls you to respond for the quote, the manager that you work with during the move and finally the person you will surely be arguing with about the prices that are way off from you quote will claim to be different people with different names but are actually the same person. His own crew said so. Expect double what you are quoted. They will hold you stuff hostage at the place you are moving until you pay the new charges. Keep in mind it is not the crew’s fault.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! They were late, unprofessional, ran over our septic tank and DESTROYED our furnace!!! Called them about it and now they're blocking our calls! Spent $3100 to move. They caused $7,000 in damages and now we have to sue them just to get our furnace repaired! They didn't even bring our stuff inside, they threw it in my garage! WE had to move our own stuff. Hire a different company or move your own stuff! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent professionals. My move was the best I've ever experienced. This company exceeded my expectations. My move consisted of two pick up locations and 1 drop off. There were three workers and they disassembled and assembled everything within the estimated timeframe planned. I would highly recommend this moving company. I am completely satisfied. Best moving company ever!!!!!

PLEASE DONT LET KINSLEY AND FRIENDS MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS!! Very unprofessional service i recieved from this company. They moved my funiture, broke my furniture, duct taped my furniture, ripped my brand new mattress and failed to tell me about the damage. I called to report the damage and supposedly he was sending me a claim form but i have yet to recieve it. 10? to this place

Awesome movers!!! Our original moving company canceled on us last minute. So we called this company and they came out same day and helped us move. Very pleased with this company and happy with the service. Super friendly, fast moving!! Get the best price for the best service!!!

I was going to use this company but all i see is the bad reviews, THEN this company responds to the bad reviews with excuses. LOL if you schedule an appointment with a customers. It does not matter if you're "too busy" with another client, or my favorite , Blame the customer because the made a " the end of the month is the busiest time for us, bad time to schedule a last minute move" POOR POOR excuses. If you're to busy simply don't schedule the appointment. You will not be getting my business. Cant wait to read what you write about me! own up to your poor business practices.
