Easy to make an appointment at, staff is friendly, waiting area is clean, and they were on time. I have zero complaints for what the place is. Also, they do go out of their way to let you know if any problems they might foresee, and how to get it fixed.We have been going here for several years now and will continue to.

Had a 3pm appointment for tire inspection. Warning light was on. They checked all tires found a nail Asked if I wanted oil changed since it was almost at miles to get one. I was waited on quick and was very happy with my service

4 hours for a quick lane service and I’m still sitting here. Don’t stop taking appointments if you know it doesn’t work. No one here is happy.

I went in last Saturday 3/20/21 for an oil change and I had the worst experience ever. First off when you make an appointment for a certain time you should be able to get In and get out well not here my appointment was for 1230pm I called to check in they told me someone would be with me in a few minutes well a few minutes turned into a half hour. They ask me what service did I want I said the works I have a coupon $49.95. The woman who waited on so rudely said that's not our coupon we don't have any... hmmm interesting because this is Dorian quick lane at that time she rolled her eyes. I also mentioned I had a mail in my passenger rear tire and I bought a warranty when I got them and I would like to get it fixed. She then replied rudely once again where did you buy the tires... I Politely said I bought them here at Dorian quickly I got the tires the same time I got my brakes done. The woman then got an attitude even worse looked in the computer and said I was a liar that I didn't buy my tires there. I said to her I have no reason to why I have the actual receipt on my phone in my email I can show you she's a rudely says I found it but you don't have a warranty you bought tires it only had 20,000 miles on them I said excuse me you're mistaken I bought the good here all season tires which was 65,000 miles I got time she slammed her pan down copped an attitude I'm just gonna have to look into this. So I call me said OK. At this time I'm sitting inside the dealership finally and we have been here now for over an hour they get my car in there they do the tracking supposedly with my felts my battery and what not next thing I know the woman who's waiting on me walks up to me and says you don't have a warranty on your tires and we can't fix your tire you're gonna have to buy a brand new tire and they're $200 and that's not even putting it up or with tax I looked at her and said I think you're mistaken I would like to speak to your manager. Should have proceeded to tell me that there was no manager on site. At this point I'm getting very upset very angry because I've never had a problem come to the Dorian quick Lane. Then she proceeds to tell me I need to replace all of my tires, I asked why she said because they are wore down I politely replied with their only a year old so how is the no tread on them which I'm looking at my tires this point and I have a Lotta tried on my tire still. This woman was just getting nastier by the minute next thing I know she comes up to me and tells me I need new tires I need to replace my windshield because I have a crack in it mind you it starts with time then she tells me that I need to replace my back wiper blades and my front wiper blades I need to do a trans flush and I need to replace two filters when I asked to see the filters she said hold on she walked back to the counter mind you no one ever brought any kind of filters inside the lobby to show me should just grab some from behind the counter and told me they were my filters and they need to be changed and one was $25 and the other one was $55 at this point I just want get out of there and go home because I am havingThe worst experience so I say OK just change the filters finally 2 1/2 hours later they come in bring my keys she goes to ring me up $200 for service now can you tell me how in oil change and you filters it's gonna cost me $200 she was trying to charge me over $70 for an oil change mind you I reminded her multiple times that I had a coupon for $49.95 for the works which is the service I asked for. She's a rolled her eyes and she's fine I'll give you $10 off so you're going to give me $10 off a $70 oil change I don't understand at this point and then I'm looking at the bill she charge me for oil change for labor and disposal of oil do you know how much she was trying to charge me for the disposable of my oil $30 freaking dollars at this point I am now an irate customer and I want to leave. Needless to say

Called at 2pm. I have a spure of the moment trip to Florida..Appointment was for 4pm. Complete 15,000 mile service...oil change, tires rotated, complete service out by 5pm. Friendly, professional and found my Ford rewards so visit was free!! This is my go to service shop from now on!

Had no idea the filters in this truck is so expensive I’ve had to replace them twice since I e gas the truck!! Makes you wonder!!

Make an appointment and you are politely greeted. They checked and changed and filled everything that was necessary. Left in less than an hour. Clean and cool lobby and restrooms.

Both of my vehicles get serviced by Dorian. Had an issue with my MKZ and a few associates had some troubleshooting difficulties since it was having a rare problem. Chris, the manager came in, diagnosed the problem and quickly offered me a solution and fair price ( servicing the next day!) Would highly recommend!!!
