This was my first time and it was a great experience. Jared was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect driver for me. Definitely worth the $80 fitting cost.

Excellent customer service both when I bought my club and when I brought it back a month later after breaking it. Opted to have Golf Galaxy repair the club and the turn around time was fast.
