Car I rented. Was very nice and ran. Great. The interior was very clean. My only disappointment was the exterior all front panels and windshield were really packed with dead bugs. I would think the vehicles should be washed before a customer drives it.

It's been more than 30 days and haven't been given my 200.00 deposit back. 200.00 extra for deposit is still showing on my credit card bill. Hope it will be resolved soon or I'll see you in small claims court. Will dispute with credit card company soon.

Easy to book online. Price was the same at return as when booked. Manager at the Hall rd/Clinton Twsp location was very helpful with accommodating a small change to the reservation.
The minivan was awesome. Brand new, spacious, clean, everything worked, and the cooling seats were amazing.

When I got the car it was covered in bugs and dirt. I rented the car for a week, but that only includes 6 days. If i want 7, I have to pay for an extra day. That's messed up! That was not the case when I made my reservation, they changed the price/drop-off when I picked the car up.

Unhelpful and had attitude with just starting a conversation. Ended rudely as well. This place is a headache. Go to enterprise.

0 out of 10- I had a reservation for four months, this morning I pulled up to one very rude gentleman working. There was a lobby of five of us waiting just for us to be informed none of us had cars. I got a voicemail fine minutes before showing up that say “sorry” and hung up which was apparently him telling me they had no care for me. No courtesy to let me know ahead of time and completely ruined my birthday and road trip we had planned.

Reserved a car weeks ago arrived to the location at 8am to pick up the rental to be informed that there is no rental car.

For this place, I made a reservation on May 29 and I called to confirm the reservation and one of them told me on the phone. Just want to let you know you’re not gonna have this kind of car. You will have a different one. I told him I made a reservation for pacifically this kind of car he said yeah I can give you a similar carry seven passenger, but I don’t have this for you just like that, I don’t have this for you. I never saw a customer service in my life treating people like that. This place is miserable. I will never ever recommend anyone to rent from this place.

We made a reservation through Expedia, and thought it enough. Nope. The general manager has several policies: a reservation means nothing, said most people don't show up for it and Uber can get any car they want even if it reserved, which is what they do. We were quoted a Pacifica at $37/day when we showed up they only had a transit van that was an hour away and we had to go get it if we wanted it. We drove a quarter mile to Enterprise on Hall road and they had a Pacifica. And It took less than 10 minutes to be on the road. Hey, Tom Brady, we did not get to say ' Let's Go'.
I received a lame apology from Hertz. Do not use this location. Go east a quarter mile and find Enterprise, so much more professional and even if I accepted the offer of a free day of rental on a vehicle that was not what I reserved, I would not take it. This Hertz office really portrays the attitude and policies of the general manager - ridiculously fleecing the public. Read some of the other posts, do not be fooled, don't use this place.

I’ve rented from this location multiple times over the past year—both for short weekend trips and longer-term needs—and every experience has been exceptional. I believe it is the manager who is running the show majority of the time he is the only one there, but he is truly a standout: always welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Even on the rare occasion when an issue arose, he handled it with professionalism and impressive resourcefulness, making sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to provide top-notch service. I wouldn’t think of renting anywhere else!

The most unprofessional ignorant car rental I’ve ever been to. I rent cars regularly for work and both times I’ve tried to rent from here - they haven’t had my car. Last time I rented a full size suv - they tried to put me in a Kia compact.
This time? I get there for a luxury car - they have absolutely no cars for me. Despite having a reservation set days ago.
There is ONE person working. His pants are dragging on the floor, he’s wearing a lions zip up, he looks like a slob - and he’s the ONLY worker. His eyes are pinned. He is literally renting the cars and cleaning the cars. They have no formal garage and no cleaners.
Don’t worry the enterprise a couple blocks away has plenty of employees, a professional atmosphere, and cars to rent.
