Definitely will go back to this location. The lady who assisted us seemed to know more of what was going on with the account then the Roseville location.

I went to discuss monthly maintenance fees that just started occurring on my account and talked to Paul who previously told me he fixed this issue by changing me to a different type of account. When I asked him what changed that I am now being charged he just got rude and said he didn't understand the question. I bank at Christian Financial, Citizens and Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union and my dealings with Paul has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I withdrew my money, closed my account and said goodbye to my decades of dealing with this branch and Huntington. This attitude and seemingly lack of management is turning customers away. Other reviews of this branch and Paul confirm this. This used to be a good branch but something has changed drastically for the worse.

11/1/2021 Horrible service since the TCF merger! I've been with Huntington for over 20 years and the service is no longer acceptable! 30 minute drive thru line/wait at 1:00 pm on a Monday?! I asked the teller if the merger is why we are waiting so long, she shook her head yes and I told her I didn't like it and she told me I could close my account!! So rude, but that's a great idea! Both savings & checking we will be closing also will be talking with our employer about them switching to a customer appreciative bank/credit union. Also, the Harper branch is disgusting, failing apart! Rubber gloves all over the place in the bushes, one of the ATM's is not properly working but they let drivers think it's open, when they should put a cone in front of it so people are not getting frustrated trying to back up, I watched this happen to 6 cars within a half hour today!. The drive tru area is falling apart, unsafe (second picture)! We deserve better than this! Also, I called two months ago, left a message, no return call. Y'all don't need your old customers anymore?!?

This was a good bank. If I had any problems with my account, I would have come specifically to this branch. I don't know who is this new guy that works here. But he needs to go. Someone got into my account trying to do fraudulent things. I come in and he's like no I can't help i don't have the fraud department number. Claiming it was impossible to get, they wouldn't answer a call from me. And he closed all my accounts. He gave me dirty looks and rushed me out of the bank. I've banked with Huntington for 2 decades and cannot believe how awful they treated me.

Tried to speak with cashier to transfer funds (just checking to savings) and was inappropriately spoken to by a gentlemen. Do not recommend huntington or this location unless you want to be yelled at for a simple request. Disgusting service!

I've ordered money twice now, and when I get to the this location they have given the money I ordered away and they say, "the best we can do is 20's" who wants 10k in 20's. I will be closing my account and I urge people do do the same. This place is a joke, and I will make sure every person I know and deal with in my personal and business life will know how horrible this location is!

This bank has a skimmer on its atm machine (the one on the right, but it might be both.) 3/29/21. I'm positive that this is where my debit card number was stolen. They told me brinks services the atms, which means they are the ones stealing debit card numbers. They won't do anything about it. I guess that means they don't care if people have money stolen. They won't even acknowledge that there's a problem! I guarantee that atm is on still, and that people are continuing to use it. It's hard to believe the atms in their own parking lots aren't safe to use. I shouldn't have to worry about my card being stolen on bank property. What a joke! 3/29/21

Huntington bank is the only bank I feel comfortable going into with my mask on everyone know I'm joking I hope but seriously it's a great place to put your money the only thing that's kinda weird why do you have to show your license when you make a cash deposit no biggie

Absolute worst branch manager, Julie Glasgow. Waited over 30 minutes to see someone about setting up a new business account. Note: I'm already an existing 11 year customer with a healthy business account and personal account. Get in her office and she won't deposit the check because "company" was abbreviated to "comp" (which ended up being because of software character limits in the company name). If that's not enough, she didn't even bother to setup the new business account or even offer to set one up, or look up my existing account. Bad move, Julie! Went to the Huntington Bank on Garfield and the Branch Manager had no problem! Setup my new account and deposited my check. A week later, got my new debit card in the mail and the company name was abbreviated to "Comp" - yes. Seriously! So according to Julie Glasgow, this debit card would not be valid. Right? Did I mention I had my girlfriend with me when I went in? That is discrimination. This lady needs a job that caters to her discrimination because at the end of the day, no training can remove her subconscious hatred that affects her ability to do her job fairly.

The worst bank I have ever used. Either the employees don't know how to be honest or they just don't know how to do their job. I had my debit card info stolen by someone who then went on to make a fraudulent charge. I called Huntington bank, had them dispute it and was told my money was refunded. I spent my money on food, and then received money from a app called cash app from a friend of mine, which I thought had immediately transferred to my bank account, because when I saw my bank account, the money was there, so I spent that on bills. Turns out, the bank didn't refund me my money, they gave me a credit, and the 60 I thought was from my friend, was the actual refund, so then they decided to give me a balance of -52 and expect me to pay it. I tried explaining to them that I'm not paying that negative charge because the entire situation was their fault considering they don't know how to properly explain situations to people. Now I'm being threatened with fees and debt if I don't pay it. This bank is a mess, and they won't be getting anything from me.
