I was the only person in line, and when I asked if I can have my 4 subs put in a bag the rude worker said in a unprofessional tone.."uh yeah you can do it." I asked if it's your policy to have the customers put their subs in a bag or you? He said the customer. And he didn't even hand me a bag. This happened just 15 minutes ago.

Placed on line order, picked up 10 min later. When I got home names of person sandwich was for was not written on sandwich. The bread for both sandwiches were hard as a rock totally inedible. Called store & they have excuse and asked me to bring sandwiches back. I don't feel like going back out! Plenty of JJ's around, don't go to this location

They then no onions, they say okay and ring it up as so. Get home, wife takes a bite, and there are onions on it. Now its in the trash, and shes mad. You are going to kill someone one day doing that.

Seeing all the other one star reviews from months ago gives me no hope that issues at this place will ever be resolved, but my last two delivery orders from this place were terrible so I wanted to post. My last order, they completely forgot part of my order- no refund just a “credit on my account.” Ok…? Never saw that money. I think he just told me that to get me off the phone and I wasn’t sure how to respond. Against my better judgment I ordered again today and my delivery order took over an hour (not the first time- Freaky Fast who?) Called them at the hour and 5 mins mark and they conveniently “just spoke to the delivery driver and they are on their way.” I know that’s probably just what they tell everyone who calls, so frustrating. 10 mins later a kid speeds up and finally drops off my order. At least everything was there this time, but I will not be ordering delivery from this location again.

Excellent customer service and food. Shout out to Nicole, half of my sandwich wasn't in the bag (I forgot to check before I left), and she called me to correct the mistake and make sure I got the other half of the sandwich. I've never had that happen at a fast food place. Plus the food is always really well made here, highly recommend.

Very rude. The guy handed me ny 2 subs and said if I want a bag I cam help myself and walked away. Mind you the bags are on their side of the counter.

I went to the Clinton Twp location to purchase two sandwiches. I asked if they have cheddar cheese(my favorite for all sandwiches). He said yes but they're only ALLOWED to put it on one particular sandwich. So Jimmy John's says the customer eats it JJs way or no way. Well this potential customer will never attempt to patronize any JJ location ever again. I've never heard of a sandwich restaurant that won't make my sandwich the way I want and am willing to pay for!

Took over and hour for my small delivery two miles away.. ridiculous for 17.00 for one blt wrap and chips. Couldn’t even eat it because my lunch was over.

Customer service is terrible, manager is no better. I had an ordering conflict that I was very calm and polite about but apparently the worker felt it was necessary to announce loudly and rudely that if she gave me tomatoes for my Slim, she “would be fired” I have been able to get a side of tomatoes at my normal Jimmy John’s for quite a long time, I do believe they charge me something extra, which is absolutely expected. I can definitely see why the reviews for the store are so low. Do better

This has to be one of the worst JJ's you could order from. Your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong and they always have an excuse and are rude when you question the mistakes. The biggest issue is that it'll literally take an hour or more to get your if food if you place a delivery order. There has been several times that my food has shown up 1.5 hours after placing the order and one time they never delivered it all.

Usually get great service. Today I got my order and it was missing comdements that were on the ticket. Not too upset, but watch fit that stuff because that costed extra for items that weren't provided
