We went to Kay at Partridge Creek because it was close to see what wedding band style we wanted to pair with my fiancés engagement ring. We weren’t looking to buy, but just start looking. We were immediately greeted by Sharlene who paired an enhancer wedding band with the solitaire. It was exactly what we wanted. Sharlene was so great we bought that band and my wedding band as well! Sharlene made it too easy! I would recommend Kay at Patridge Creek highly!

Great store and especially great staff! My fiance went to Kay-Lapeer, unfortunately had terrible service. The women working was very rude and told him wrong information about sizing up the ring. Went into Kay-Clinton Twp. to a COMPLETELY different experience. They were extremly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Shoutout to Dana and Mary in particular! They both went above and beyond and both turned a negative experience into a great one! We will be back to this location! Thank you!

Absolutely disgusted as a cardholder and 20 +year Kay Jewelers shopper... The customer service i recieved today will forever set my travels to Oakland Mall Kay or someplace else if it comes to it....i was in to pick up a sent out sized engagement set enhancer bought from oakland mall....im not completely sure but i think the manager was the individual who i dealt with and her rather rude comments to me really spoke volumes ..i will not return nor will i steer anyone to that store EVER.... Id love tp speak directly to that manager to tell her what i thought of my experience.

I walked in today to ask if they have jewelry repair and the lady who was there around 4pm had so much attitude. She treated me as if I am a child. Its sad too since my husband recently bought me a necklace from there and I love it. Just teach employees to not treat people differently because of age. Its disrespectful.

Bought a ring, $140, cash, it’s just not my style, I have been trying for over a week to get a cash refund from multiple Kays. Their answer is we don’t have money in store, we are not busy.This is a huge company. I can’t believe the attitudes I have gotten.All I want is my cash back. Their solution is to take ring back and wait 14 days for corporate to mail me a check and then wait 5 days for my bank to clear it. Not acceptable.
