Do not under any circumstances buy any alcoholic products at any Kroger. They will take your license, scan your personal information into their computer rather than just check the date I'm 76 years old. There was no reason for them to do that. Don't buy your liquor at Kroger.

This store is poorly stocked and isles are unorganized. Due dates are not rotated. I don't know what happened. Typically Kroger is so good about rotating their stock and I rarely see staff members anymore for assistance. This location just presents sort of frumpy for lack of a better word.

Ran in at 9:35 AM to do a quick return. The customer service desk was belted off so I went to the self check lane to ask if the desk was open. She greeted me with a YES??.... I asked and she said it doesn't open until 10:00. Maybe they're short on help like most businesses are these days, but still, not to have this important area of the store staffed seemed odd. I didn't want to wait 25 minutes to return a leaky jar, so I left. I do shop here on occasion for my mom who lives nearby, and there are items that they're frequently out of. The store seems more cramped than the newer ones in our area and the parking lot always seems packed. I'd much rather go elsewhere, since there are plenty more grocery stores around here to choose from.

Bottle return is never open. I can't ever connect to a customer service rep. Store is disgusting and their fruits usually have mold on them. Sad. Kroger used to be great but I'll be switching to meijer. Food is not fresh here ever. Floors are sticky and just gross and the employees will talk s*** not only about the customers but about their co workers as well.

First time at this location. I did not realize how much prices on food had increased, so I appreciate the discount card I use every time. I found everything I needed except my guacamole chips.

Complete trash store. Rude staff and never stocked or clean. Cashier went through and literally pulled my items out of my bags JUST because I brought my own bag. HELLO....we’re in a pandemic! Kroger itself is a fine company but I will go a different store now because this one is garbage every time I go.

The girl on the self checkout lane named Amanda has a serious attituded problem. She has no business representing your company when she speaks to your customers as if they're deaf d*** and blind. I walked up to a self checkout which I believe was #3 while she was separating the first bags on the racks to get it ready for the next customer so I politely waited for her to finish. Instead of greeting me, she says in a very, very snotty tone "#11 is open, can you see it, it's right there" as she's pointing to it. I told her I was just waiting for her to finish and she says "LOOK, IT'S RIGHT THERE, #11. DO YOU WANT ME TO SHOW YOU", as she's pointing her finger to the checkout. I walked away while saying what's with the attitude? She finishes #3 checkout so I start checking out and ask her what her name is and again, very, very snotty while pointing to her nametag that was mostly covered by her hair, she says "IT'S AMANDA. DO YOU WANT ME TO WRITE IT DOWN FOR YOU". Absolutely unbelievable that an employee of a company would speak to a customer like that with such an awful tone. This isn't the first time at this location though. Another time I'm in the frozen food isle and ask the stock guy about a product. I said "hi" and he says "WHAT" in a very rude tone, as if I was disturbing him so I just said forget it and looked for the product myself and never spoke another word to him again since that day. He wasn't wearing a name tag so I asked another employee and was told his name is Brian and apparently Brian doesn't give a crap about the companies customers. He doesn't even care about wearing a nametag and he must think he's way more important that the companies customers. It seems Brian hates his job and your customers so congratulations. You should let Amanda know that your customers don't go in your store to get abused by her. Thank you.

they need to check the dates on the things that they're selling. I bought the organic Snack Pack Melody by crunch Pak. only to discover today that my apples were moldy and the date listed on this was November 8th... I'm not happy about this especially since this has been on the shelf and it's already expired and it's been expired for a whole month now.

Completely stocked, timely checkout and very knowledgeable deli associates. Offered suggestions on deli meats that I may otherwise not have tried. I really enjoy shopping at this location. Cheers!

very disappointed in the cleanliness in the rule following of your employees. after waiting 15 minutes at your meat counter to be waited on, an older gentleman walked over where he from where he was unpacking item. wiped his face and then proceeded to wait on customers didn't even know how to put on gloves properly and did not wash his hands. didn't have his mask up over his nose which is what he touched I understand the warmness and uncomfortable this of wearing a mask. I'm a healthcare provider I wear maskb 11 to 12 hours a day on the job. this virus is far from gone how are you protecting your community.

I love this Kroger. It is always clean and never smells like old fish or meat. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a few special needs staff members that make me really happy. I'm a big fan of Kroger's Simple Truth brand of products and I wish they carried a larger selection of them year round. I'll stock up at New Years when their selection is greatest. The only complaint I ever have about this store is that they don't carry many fat free items, and the grocery pickers always block the isles. The store on Schoenherr is actually closer to my house but the smell from the fish and meat counters is atrocious. Save your nose and your stomach, visit the Garfield and Canal location.
