Will not shop there anymore, their return policy is terrible. Hate to find out about a warranty problem. Wouldn't even give a store credit. A lot of other stores to shop.

February 2024 - came here with a friend to grab material to build a ramp for my injured wife. There was a very helpful employee that helped us out. Always a good trip to Lowe's.April 2021 - needed lawn items and not much of hello from anyone. No one was asking if I needed help. I had to run someone down to see what they thought, and they had 0 knowledge of any of the garden items. Overall after that she was helpful with some items. Another guy rang me up and he was cool.

Really good experience. Knowledgeable sales associate who was very helpful, On-time, well-communicated delivery by two men who were pleasant, efficient and went out of their way to help us. Doesn't get any better than that. Unless, of course, it was all free.

The online order with the lowes card has been an absolute nightmare for my bf. We're trying to get our first home together and the app and everything about this has been terrible. The only reason they're getting 4 stars is because of Michael. Tall guy with glasses. He went out of his way to help us yesterday (1/31/24) and we were so grateful he was there.

Very poor customer service. I paid for a ceiling fan and installation. They outsourced the installation. Installers came but said they could not install. I was charged for the installation. I called the store and after 2 hours on phone was told to call Lowe's Credit Card Services. They took off $22 of the $135 fee. 2 months later I get billed again for installation. After over an hour on the phone Lowe's did nothing but say it's normal for their installer to bill 2 months after they supposedly installed.

Not a good store. People are not knowledgeable walking through the store. You hear more negative from the employees and anything also went there phone clearance stuff has Clarence tags all over it, but not ringing up the right price cashier would not give it to me if there's a yellow tag on itprice set should get it for that price left everything at the register and told her I don't want it showed her a picture of the stickers all over the boxes

The sales associates are wonderful but the store manager is a piece of work. I purchased flooring and installation through Lowe's. Per their corporate policy, they accepted both personal and chashiers checks through major banks. After signing their contract online, the store asserted that they don't take cashiers checks. I spent 30 minutes trying to determine how they'd take my payment and eventually gave up. I asked for them to return my $35 measurement fee as both their corporate and store policies contradicted one another. After calling Lowe's and showing the manager the email stating the policy, she finally refunded me the $35 and I cancelled the $3,000 project. I realize this is nothing compared to your yearly sales but please get your policies together. If you can't ensure a secure payment method, don't offer a service. Interesting enough, the chasiers check was from the bank across the street. Just call if there's a concern.

Very very disappointed in lies! That was not a misspelled word. Dont buy anything from lowes, they dont honor their return policy. Actually, noone knows their return policy until they try and return. Hall road, clinton twp store the worst. Would not honor a new return. Manager are clueless! Hate lowes...Only HOME DEPOT from now on. Dont get screwed by lowes!

I give 5 stars to Dawn in Kitchen Cabinets, she designed our new kitchen and was assisting us throughout the process. Dawn is just great, knowledgeable, has great communication and listening skills and definitely knows what she is doing.I love my new kitchen ❤️ Thank you, Dawn!

Their online ordering system is terrible. The inventory is wrong at most of their stores, and they wait over 2 hours or longer before looking into it. What you have to do is drive from store to store, and then search for an employee in that department. *Update* Three weeks later I get the exact same charge again, for the dishwasher I already picked up and installed. No one knows why, absolutely terrible experience.

They got a little off everything. The woman worker at self check out I asked for help from was very rude to begin with, like I was bothering her peace and quiet. Then she got a burst of niceness and started helping. Besides that I love looking around lowes to find things.

I had an estimate done for an exhaust fan in my kitchen in July. I am still waiting for Lowes to contact me with the results. At this point I'm not sure if I can trust them to complete any home improvement work for me.
