I went into Metro PCS today because I was having issues with my homepage picture and wasn't seeing my time and percentage of my phone. Ray took care of it in 5 seconds. My other issue was my data was only 15% for my pictures and 100 % came with my plan but I had no idea that it did and Ray took care of that as well. If you need anything done to your phone please come see Ray, he is sooooooo attentive to his customers and knows his stuff

Great place to ask questions, get help when phone has things difficult to fix . My wife has a learning difficulty and has looked at places on phone and locks her phone up. I have to take her phone to metro Pc so these issues can be fixed. I really like how knowledable the assistant just fixes it and fast. Thanks.

Walked in looking for a decent inexpensive phone service and got exactly what I needed that day. Understanding and friendly the staff here are great. Didn't even laugh when I told them I dropped it in the toilet. ?
