This establishment has been very disppointing. There is some concern of a lack of knowledge in how to read a credit report as well as some of the underwriters decisions. The customer service reps procrastinate on apps(3days) and are incompetent. Melissa Spica was the only rep that has been efficient and consistent. However, I will be changing institutions.

Was a member of Motor City Credit Union since the mid 90's. One visit to Christian Financial was enough for me. Snarky customer care and more fees and charges for everything. No more - I'm out.
