Bought food and a new toy for my grand puppy. I always find something (or many things) that he loves. He's a little spoiled .

Even though Pet Supply Plus did not have what we were looking for as far as Greenies were concerned, they did have this new ice cream for dogs now I know what you're thinking dogs and ice cream you can just give them people food right wrong dogs cannot digest people food and therefore dairy products like milk or ice cream is really bad to give your dog so I started giving my dogs dog ice cream they were not particularly partial to the peanut butter but let me tell you something cool there is an ice cream called doggos ice doggy ice cream and the flavor is blueberry my dogs went nuts for that so we'll definitely be going back to Pet Supply Plus since they're the only people that carry that brand and also are the only ones that carry that flavor

I came in yesterday to buy some mice for my snake and i didn't know where they were so i saw a group of employees in an aisle and walked up and said "excuse me" because i was going to ask where they kept frozen mice. The employees then glared at me and didn't even acknowledge me or help me at all so i stood a little longer but they completely ignored me so i ended up walking away. I remember it was a dude with blonde hair and a girl with black hair and another guy. Then i saw another employee and asked her and she helped me find what i was looking for no problem. There was a good selection and then the cashier was really nice too. But idk why i was ignored and glared at the first time. Kinda made me wanna never come back.

They had a bunch of dogs for adoption. That was worth the trip. Was hard to resist taking one home, but my dog probably wouldn't like that.Good prices and selection

Everything in that store is overpriced. For example, 15 lb bag of Blue Buffalo dog food is $40 at Meijer, the exact same 15 lb bag of dog food at pet supplies Plus is $55.97... huge difference. $16 dollars more than Meijer. And that's just one of the plethora of items they have that are overpriced

I like this store very much. I have found they carry ample inventory and the staff is very polite and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and your pet by name which is really nice. They are knowledgeable and always take the time to answer questions. The only thing negative, is the price of the toys and clothes are a little high, but to me that doesn't warrant taking away a star!

Dog grooming.Smh. 45 minutes to wash dry and cut nails for a 100 lb dog. Told me 1 to 1-1/2hour. It takes me 20 minutes just to wash him myself. I bring in his own medicated shampoo.must stay on for at least 5 minutes. Told them before about it. If i forget, its on the special shampoo bottle. Plus, his nails were not all that. some still so long just might have to go somewhere else in a matter of 2 weeks. Crying shameOh, and he was still wet when I picked him up.He's no problem. Just man 11year old gentle old man.?

Easy shopping! Well marked aisles and a great selection of products. People were very friendly and I loved having someone help getting 40# dog food in my car...with a smile too!

I’ve taken my German shepherd there a few times to be groomed. The first times were great but these last few times he’s still wet when I pick him up. This very last time I took him. I asked how long it would be and they said about 1.5 - 2 hours. I then gave them a different phone number to call when he was ready. I went about my day and my boyfriend got a TEXT saying my dog was all set. It hadn’t even been an hour since I had dropped him off. I previously worked at a grooming shop and understand what it is like to bathe/dry dogs. It is one thing if the dog is acting out and being uncooperative, however this isn’t the case with my dog. Whenever I pick him up they always tell me how good of a boy he is. I understand he’s a big dog but if I’m told my dog would take at most 2 hours and we get a message saying he’s ready 1 hour later please just make sure my dog is dry before sending him home. I would rather him be there a little longer than have to pay for unfinished work.

This is a decent local pet supply store. Plenty of choices. Almost too many. ;-) Just need to watch prices. Some are competitive, some you need sale pricing. I will continue to use this store.

This is by far the best Pet Supplies Plus location I've ever been to! The store is always clean, well stocked, and most of all - the employees are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving this store your business (even if it means driving a little out of your way).

Easy in and out when getting dog treats, and when doing online order. They also had baked dog desserts there also. I didn't read the pet dessert menu when I was there. But when I come back here again, I will check. Otherwise the staff was nice there.

I enjoy going to this store. Staff is always helpful. I’m in my 60’s and purchase dog food and there’s always a young man that comes up and asks if I need help putting the dog food in my car.

Been going here for years, staff has always been friendly and helpful. I wish they had more variety in some areas (like wet kitten food or cat carriers), but it's a local owned business and I get that they can't cater to everyone. The staff is awesome, present, and knowledgeable and I think that makes up for it at the end of the day.

This is a nice pet store for your basic pet needs. Their prices are on the average to low side, and they have a self dog wash area available to use. They do have a selection of fish, a few frogs, and some small rodents available, also good selection of amphibian/reptile/invertebrate refrigerated foods. My only complaints are that their store set up is a bit confusing, I always have to wander around a bit to find what I'm actually looking for. Not a big deal though. And it can be difficult to find staff for help. But they are very friendly and helpful when they are available. Overall, I would recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Clinton twp.
