Went to check this public storage out because it’s closer to my house. Jessica was very professional and explained the keosk which is something I didn’t know they had. All the employees I’ve dealt with have been wonderful. Thank you public storage!

If I could give a zero I would. Consistently raises rent. Horrible customer service. Been a customer for 7+ years. I'm done with your company. I can find better and cheaper options

They will raise rates every 6 months and eventually be paying more than double your initial rate. Do not use this company!!!!

DO NOT RENT WITH ANY PUBLIC STORAGE!! They will rapidly increase your rent and I’ve had a burnt out lightbulb they wouldn’t fix at the Shelby location. (Corporate complains of budget issues!)

It is 830. I needed my uniform and the app does not work properly. I do not mind punching numbers, but those are my items, why can I not access them? Not everyone works a 9 to 5. Took the money no hesitation, but gave faulty lock and no cameras. Also kept the box that says made in China and could be contaminated. No! People with honest reasons to access a space, do not go here!

Super unsatisfied
We won a storage auction and by the time we got to the facility to clean out our unit… the unit had already been cleared out and we had put down the payment, & drove over 160 miles there and back to waste our time.
The manger is unprofessional, and delusional.
Wouldn’t recommend this as a good place to buy units from or do business with.
Very untrustworthy company.

Called the local number and got sent to a call center. The person on the call center rented me a space at a different location. Then they said they couldn't cancel the transaction and asked if I'd like to just drive to the other location it was half an hour away. I said no, and then they suddenly couldn't find the location I was at after I gave it to them the number off of the public storage sign on the door.
