Women at the register didn’t wanna take my return. I felt discriminated against because she helped all the white clients before me but with my return, it’s unacceptable? I’m a POC and felt discriminated against. Please talk to ur workers about being self aware with the discrimination they play part in and how it makes the customers feel. I wish a POC had helped me at the register and not this white racist women. Sorry but not coming here again for as long as this women works there

Teresa was very helpful in helping me find the items my sister wanted for Christmas! She helped me find products that were out of stock on the shelf- she found extra stock, and helped make Christmas magical for my sister! I'm so glad Teresa was there to help me so last minute on Christmas Eve!

I booked 3, 75-minute beauty lessons here this week for my daughters. Two lasted 45 minutes, and one lasted an hour. I was still charged for 75-minute lessons every time. It seems like they can't fill the time, but they'll charge you for it. The lessons themselves were great and very beneficial for my girls.

I think the store also needs some help with customer service. Not once was I ever greeted either. I walked by employees who were chatting right next to me as I was looking at some Patrick Ta makeup. I needed some assistance but they didn't seem to care to ask if I needed anything. The cashier was the only one who really helped me out which I appreciate

Had a beauty lesson with Gianna, and she was awesome! Super friendly, listened to what I wanted, and offered great tips throughout! She gave me exactly what I wanted. She also recommended/explained beauty products along the way, but I never felt pressure from her to buy anything I wasn't sure about. A+, girl!

I always hate shopping at this Sephora. Simply because, I can never shop Peacefully. I already told one employees that I was just looking and didn't need any help. Everytime I picked up a item a employees would come up to me. I swear I literally was in the store for less than 7 minutes and employees were coming up to me back-to-back “to ask if I needed help”. NEVER felt so uncomfortable in my life. I didn't even buy what I needed to buy bc 2 employees were standing there staring at me. i wasn't even in the store for 7 minutes and as soon as I walked in this was how I was treated. Like an animal at the zoo

Went last evening with my daughter. The closing time is different than the website, we didn’t know. I always thought it’s ULTA who think that brown people can’t afford name brands and have mind set to disrespect us but sadly SEPHORA is also one of them. When we entered the looks they give that we don’t know anything about beauty products or we can’t buy. We didn’t know about closing time and ask the lady at register to hold Dyson Airwrap which was big to carry around, till we finish our shopping and they all were like we don’t hold and it can be on hold only till end of the day and we are closing so we can’t hold. Well, they thought we were there just for window shopping and we can’t afford to buy. Once, when I said okay go ahead with this, the lady asked twice are you purchasing?, when I did, I’m sure they all got shocked. Please you people stop overthinking and don’t underestimate anyone by their skin color or looks. We don’t hide our flaws with putting 20 layers of products. We are what we are. Wish, I could add more but if I do my post will be deleted.

Not what it used to be... At all. They really went down hill. No samples, no perfume samples, hard to get anyone's attention to even help you let alone try the products. Hard pass...

Didn’t know it took 2 to 3 business days to look up an order. Gave them all my information and they didn’t even bother asking for my phone number to give me a call back. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I came here with my girlfriend and had the greatest customer experience we've had in such a loooong time! SUNG was excellent and really helped us find everything and made some great suggestions. She was so polite and knowledgeable. She is a GREAT ASSET to this store and we spent over double what we planned ?

always closes before hours say, I can never make it in time after work, not that it's anyone else's fault but when my purchase takes 3 minutes and shop doesn't close for 12 minutes I should have no problem. Least favorite store because I can't go in.
