Go here just about every day & whenever I go later on in the afternoon with a certain staff member working, I have to wait fifteen minutes for two drinks. I’ve had to cancel my order multiple times due to the same employee on multiple different occasions. It’s pretty annoying when you’re waiting for fifteen minutes for two fountain drinks (no food) & see cars that got in the drive through after you you got in the stall leave with their orders.

I had ordered from this place 10+ years ago when it first opened. The burger was juicy because it was so greasy (higher fat content) that I barely made it home (10 minutes away) to the bathroom because my stomach can't handle food with high fat content.We decided a few weeks ago to give it another try and it seems the taste of the beef in the burgers has changed, it wasn't as greasy as it was 10+ years ago but it was bland at best.The Philly steak sub I had last night, I couldn't tell if it was au jus or gravy on it but it made me burp several hours after eating it. Maybe it's just me, but seems to be missing a dressing in it. (?)My main complaint lies with the shakes. They're thick, good and the whipped topping I can tell is premium. It lasts longer than the shake itself!The 5 times we ordered from there I didn't get a cherry in my shakes until last night. My husband questioned the server last night about it and her response was 'Depends on who is making it'. We were very surprised by her response. That little cherry is part of the cost of the shake! You shouldn't charge full price when you're not giving exactly what the menu description is!My question is, are they being pure lazy or whoever made it is pocketing the cost of the cherries they're leaving out of the shakes?I say this because I have worked in the food industry years ago. I knew ppl who charged the customers full price for a menu item but they informed the cooks not to put etc etc on the food without changing the order. They pocketed the cost of that item they purposely left out. I'm very aware of inventory and the cost of items.

Order online. Went to pick it up. Told them who it was for the order they said great it will be out when done. Brought it out to me said have a good day. I always check my food before leaving. I was missing almost all my main entrees for the meals and everything else was cold. Slushies melted. I said Im missing items. They said well you need to contact support and get a refund cause we ran out of those items. No one said nothing to me even when bringing out the cold food to me. I asked why no one said anything I would of cancelled the whole order instead of you guys wasting food. A manager comes on the speaker and says you need to contact support to get a refund have a good day. No apology about anything. Very rude people there and very slow. I will never be returning. Ruined my experience for sonic as a whole.

The food was good, but it took 45 minutes to go through the drive-through and get our food. I didn't understand why it took so long.

If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru to get something close to cat food then you will love this place. I would rather eat my own vomit personally.

The reason why is because I had a bandaid on my cup and my cup was broken and not enough sauce and the burger is very flat and not to good overall it's not to good at all the fries ain't to bad .

After being locked in there drive thru for over 30 minutes when I finally get to spot to put my order in waited another ten minutes before I drove off. Entire time here saw only one car leave the drive thru. Wouldn't recommend this place at all if you have any time constraints for a lunch break.

I don't go to Sonic very often. I decided to stop there to get a shake that took me 25 minutes drive-thru. They had my order wrong which was just a shake and a soda. They ended up giving it to me for free for the convenience but it would have been $10 for the shake and drink which wouldn't feel worth it if I actually paid for it. So I don't think I would recommend this place.

Staff here is polite and accurate. Food and drinks are on point! Lots to choose from here. They're more generous with dipping sauces than other fast food chains on average.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. Especially the nerd slushies lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Different parking options.

Very long line. Claimed staff shortage so we couldn't use the parking spots but was told 5-10 minutes after we had sat waiting to place our order.
