Grant was the worst he wouldn’t even get off his phone or look up at me when he was talking. I asked if he would mind calling another store to see if they could fix my phone there and he told me to call them myself. He was the only one working the in store and I was the only customer. I ended up going back inside to get information on upgrading my phone instead. He wouldn’t even look up from his phone while he was talking to me. He was extremely short and dismissive. I wanted to upgrade but didn’t want him to get the commission so I went to another location. It’s the closest store by my house and I will not go again.

The revel 6 phone is %100 a scam this phone is garbage. TMobile knows and still sells defective phones that work nothing like advertised go w literally any other company

Jose was friendly, helpful and attentive to my questions. My problem was resolved quickly. Aside from the prompt service at this particular location, T-Mobile should consider discounts on replacement accessories for their customers.

My boyfriend and I switched from Metro to get better service and better coverage. It was a cheaper option at the time, we both went to this location to switch to a new IPhone and we wanted the most recent one. We both got such a good deal for a trade in on both phones and had some superb customer service by Samad ? He took his time to answer my million questions and gave my boyfriend and I nothing but respect and knowledge on our phones! We always just paid for phones never financed, so this poor man had to hear both of us constantly ask more? Samad you are very respectful and give wonderful customer service! You did not show me one bit of irritation when helping us☺️ Your help was nothing but appreciated and thank you for taking the time into making us feel comfortable switching, we have been with metro for years! Wonderful place to get your new phone❤️

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Bottom line is the price the salesperson, Sam, quoted is not what I subsequently have been billed. Talked to customer service on the phone and they helped me the best they could, but directed me back to the store for a permanent solution. Sam was not in so I spoke with Ashley. Suffice it to say Ashley was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Turns out this location is NOT a corporate store and that is problematic. Stay away and go to a corporate location if you want T-Mobile.

I got new tablet plan here and told them to get $35 for 10GB plan. They were busy at that time but also kind, and everything’s seems went through good.Today I got invoice and shows that I have unlimited plan which is $75.Oh..Immediately call to T-mobile support for change my plan and support also told me that this store has reported that give customer to unwanted plan for earn the ”point”.After lots of call to support, thankfully, now I could returned all of the T-mobile plans.Sadly, learned that probably I won't go with T-mobile anymore with this experience...

The service I received from the workers at this T-Mobile store was top notch! They didn’t try to sell me anything extra just helped me with what I needed and gave me a great deal. This is forever my T-Mobile store of choice.

Sarmad is GREAT and very helpful! He answered ALL my questions and made sure my new phone had all my apps and everything worked just like my old phone. I highly recommend him.
