I showed up at 6:44 to find the door locked so I got in my car and went to go through the drive through. By the time I pulled up to the speaker to place my order, the person told me that she was closed. I proceeded to tell her that the door says 7 and it was only 6:50 at the latest and told her I would be calling corporate. I will not come back to this location again for the rude service and non service their employee chose not to give me.

I ordered a “toasted” spicy Italian, and instead got this. The only thing toasted or cooked on the sandwich was the bread. The meat and cheese were ice cold. If you like your subs toasted with the meat warm or cooked then don't go here, because they only toast the bread.

When you order two subs and ask for them toasted you expect the entire sandwich to be warm and crispy yet we only had our bread toasted. The meat and cheese was ice cold. Kinda disappointing as this store was closer to my house. I will be returning only to the Fraser location they are top tier compared to this location. We didn’t know the meat was cold til we got home as there was one worker and the lobby was closed and I ordered ahead of time yet I had to wait for two cars and then an additional wait since she hadn’t even started my order. I ordered two footlongs. Spicy Italian and a cold cut combo. Yes I know it’s a cold cut but come on if I wanted just a cold sub I would have gone to Jimmy John’s.

Second time I’ve had problems here, first time we complained it led no where as they are a franchise this time I order the moza sub which has fresh sliced motzzarella on top of it at an up charge ofcourse, ordered online picked up and brought home. I bite into my sub and notice no cheese look at the rest of the sub and no cheese on any of it. So on my half hour lunch break I go up there maybe a lil hot yes I said the sub had no mozz on it. She said well what kind of cheese would you like I said the one I ordered and she said we don’t have thst here and I asked why it’s an option then she said because I ordered on line she offered to re make it I said I’d just take the refund then she threw the sub out before Informing me I would have to do the refund online her advise to me was people need to stop ordering online I then asked for the sub I had paid for back and she said she already threw it out. At that point I did use some profanity at the manager and for that I apologize. However this did not seem like a new problem so she was aware and had done nothing to fix it, nor did they reach out before handing the sun out to see if I would of liked a substitute, or hey give a heads up when we pick it up and let us know there is no cheese on it. Take some type of responsibility for the problem I may have been angry but had your job been done properly at any level it would not have escalated to the level it did. If I could give zero star I would and normally I don’t post but that’s not how you run a business

I GOT A FOOTLONG FROM HERE and after I ate it my stomach started cramping and it hurts so bad!!! They gave me food poisoning!!!! I knew I tasted something not right I’m in so much pain they should be shut DOWN!!

Terrible. We got two subs. One was a steak one that suppose to be a decent size sub. It was hardly filled and didn't have the amount of sauce requested. The sandwich was dry in most of the spots. ALSO how do you order a mozzarella sub and they put NO mozzarella?! I've had nothing but issues with this location. We made extra for the particular subs we got and we're not made appropriately. We will never come here again. I tried to call and complain, and get again no one answers. I'm the past I have called other locations to have the manager call me, and she never did. The owners do not care, the managers don't care, neither does the associates. This location should be shut down by corporate for not living up to normal subway standards. *picture was of the outlaw sandwich

Food was great, I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, double grilled chicken, spinach, cucumber, ez teriyaki sauce, pepper, and shredded mozzarella. Service was friendly and quick.

Missing ingredients, sloppy sandwich , the sandwich wasn’t even cut nor toasted like I requested. I asked for salt and pepper not a mouth full of salt. Literally every time I tried to enjoy it all I tasted was SALT. Don’t get nothing from here. Just

Came here one morning, met the sweetest, nicest, and helpful guy. He listened well, fixed my sandwich, no problems, in-and-out quick errand. Food tasted fresh and was good. I haven't had Subway in years, glad I made the choice to come here. Just all around good. No complaints. ??

This location shouldn’t even be open. Anytime I drive by it looks like it’s abandoned. Lights are on but nobody is ever there. My issue goes back to a mobile order I placed in November. It’s now March and absolutely no word from management (or anybody ). I received the completely wrong order, which I discovered after I was already home so I tried calling the store to let them know my food was wrong. Nobody ever answered. And it wasn’t like it was super late. They just have lazy employees. I’ve placed multiple online surveys, reached out on other social media platforms and have gotten nowhere. To spend almost $40 on two sandwiches that weren’t even what I wanted is ridiculous. Do better, Subway. Take your money to one of the much better local places if you’re looking for a sandwich. This place is a joke.

I really truly wish I could leave zero stars just so people would know to avoid this location all together. I'm at a loss of what to do. I placed a mobile order for pickup back in NOVEMBER 2022 and my issue still has not been resolved(it is now MARCH 2023) my order was completely wrong. I've taken multiple customer service surveys, I tried calling the location specifically(immediately after discovering my food was wrong) and the phone just rang, nobody ever answered. I even reached out on other social media platforms and have only gotten silence. Anytime I drive by this location I see it's empty. Probably for good reason. So many better local places to take your hard earned money.

They say they are open but everything is closed. I caught them in a car at dairyqueens parking lot getting high and not caring. Happens more than once. Seems that they take more breaks than actually working.
