The markup on the food for delivery is insane and disgusting.You charge ~ 29 dollars for a 12 pack of supreme tacos for pickup, and ~ 36 dollar for delivery? (Before the fee's)Absolutely absurd. Marking the food up for what? So it can come poorly packaged, poorly prepared, and cold?At these prices, just go to Texas Roadhouse and get a damn steak dinner.

We had just went through the drive through and had a wonderful experience with Teresa. She was very sweet and fast and kind. One of the only times I would say I would come back to Taco Bell just because of her.

We sat in the drive through for over 23 minutes. Called and they said they were busy filling orders. 4 cars in front of me and 2 people inside trying to order! Absolutely horrible service all around! Asked for a handful of hot sauce, they gave me three. Hit home and food was not right, no sour cream on the taco supremes.

Insanely slow service. Over 40 minutes for 5 cars in line at 11pm. My taco was literally punched, smashed to pieces.

Chalupa shells are stale. If you ever get a tough Chalupa shell it means it's sat there for hours. This place recently has stale Chalupa shells and it's cost me over 75 thinking they'd do better next time. No go.

If you like missing items on your order and a customer service that is less useful than a toddler giving you direction then this is the restaurant for you. If we order online, in store or even delivery we are always missing items. And the best part is even after spending the extra money to have it delivered you still have to drive up there to get your food. Customer service is of no help and only offers a coupon to the inconvenience and missing food, not a refund for the upcharged price of the food, the delivery fee or the tip for the driver and you still get the joy of now burning the fuel that you spent money on just to get the food you already paid for, making it cost even more . So do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere.
