I reserved a truck for 4 hours, 2 pm to 6 pm, and returned it at 6 pm, which was 1 hour after the store closed. Much to my surprise I was billed an extra $20 for not checking the truck back in online since it was after hours. I was informed by the store that the contract explains that. Would it too much trouble for the guy working behind the counter to mention that when I picked the vehicle up? You know, something like, “make sure to check the vehicle in online since it is after hours”. My bad for not reading the contract but this seems like an easy way for them make an extra $20.

I reserved a truck on Monday and everything was confirmed that it was good to go for pick up today, 8/11. However, I checked in online and saw that my reservation was cancelled! I quickly searched other locations for reserve and thankfully was able to get a truck reserved for the same day pick up.I called the number and the lady informed me that the location had cancelled my reservation due to not having the equipment. How did they not have the equipment when I already reserved it 2 days ago!?I asked how the customers would know that reservations were cancelled and she said through email. Well! I never got one. Absolutely disappointing.I don’t recommend this location.

I reserved a truck but for some strange reason the unprofessional, kinda cold guy at the desk says it wasn’t in the system. Mind u didn’t speak wasn’t pleasant and I had my reservation code on the phone. Will never b back cause I don’t know if it was because I was BEAUTIFUL N BLACK BUT SCREW THEM!! Even the lil blonde head bimbo gave me DIRTY LOOKS

We went here on June 30, 2020 and Michael is excellent! Great customer service, explained evetything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. This is definitely a great place to rent a truck from!
