I've been using them for the past 3.5 years. I was there today (7/11/24) @ around 2. None of the usual employees were there. Of the 2 there, only one was wearing an employee uniform. I asked for an oil change. They didn't ask for mileage until I asked if they wanted it. They didn't check other fluids, lights, or air filters, though they charged me for full service. The didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted or recommend one. They didn't work as a team to confirm everything was being done properly via call and response like the employees typically do. They didn't check wiper blades. They barely spoke to me or each other. If this is the new normal here or indicative of the folks they'll be employing I won't be back.
