Went there this afternoon to do a return a pair of shoes to reebok. Since that's were reebok said to return them. Showed the person behind the counter the qr code which is all I was to show. The person behind the counter said that they don't have an account with reebok and I can't return them there. I even showed to person everything that was response I got. So I guess I'll keep my business at the St Clair Shores location who really is very friendly and have never had any issues

They helped me with my large package for the returns. Normally other store doesn’t really agree to keep the heavy package. But they does.

This store is a joke! I came in here on 8/21/24 to drop off a package, noticed the sign for the stamp pricing at the counter and took a pic because I wanted to show my s/o how great of a price this was. Came back on 8/29/24 to buy 4 rolls at $66 each, as shown in the pic, and the guys running this place tried saying they could not honor that price, "that it is their mistake that this is on their counter at their register and they "can't make a profit on that pricing" so they wanted to charge me $73 per roll instead." I understand the cost of postage has gone up, but it is up to the owners of the store to advertise accordingly with those new prices. If you are advertising for $66, you MUST abide by your advertising price.
So because you have had this on your counter for (at least) 8 days, but who knows how long, you won't honor the price to a customer when it is YOUR mistake????????
I will gladly take my money elsewhere and never support this store again. It is a shame that the new owners do not take care of this store the way the old owners did.

I will never be back to this UPS store. Been coming here for YEARS and today was going to be charged $6 for a box to send an item ALREADY IN ITS ORIGINAL box back. Was told it had to have another shipping box. Lost my business

I had an amazon return I needed to drop off. Every other time ive done this I dropped off the box they scanned my phone and I was on my way.
Fast forward to today apparently they can't just scan your phone and print a label anymore. So the guy there instructed me to send an email to the store and they will print it that way.
After we did this and the box was out of my possession he told me there is a charge for this. I feel it was scummy to not notify me before hand that I would have to pay.
It was a small amount of money but still to be an honest business you need to be transparent and that they were not.

That's the second time i was being helped by Amin .he was so professional and helpful
