Useless. Started service and sim cards were shipped, there was a problem with Fedex twice. I went to the store and they said because I placed the order online they can't help me, they didn't even bother to ask for my name or check the account at all. When I called customer service they said that the store should not have turned me away and that they could have provided the sim cards there in person. I called customer service again and they confirmed that the store should have helped me, they set up an appointment at a different location for me. Started my account with verizon almost a month ago and haven't been able to use it yet my bill is also due.... So again, this store is useless.I came in around 11:56 AM on 1/20/2024

This place will give you the worst WORST deal.The heydenreich rd in front of home depot Verizon will give you a better deal and service. Just got 2 new iPhone 15 pro max at 144 out the door at heydenreich rd. verizon. Don’t waste your time at this location. It’s privately owned and maybe that’s why.

I never had much problems with AT&T, but I’ve never been satisfied with the reception at my house. I’ve always kind of just accepted it. It’s just kind of weird because overall reception is decent and reliable but in just like my own street, I can’t get a signal for anything as of this post. Verizon is holding a trade in smart phone deal for a brand new iPhone so my wife and I went there on a whim Because Verizon‘s website is very hard to understand when it comes to plans and pricing. We had the pleasure to meet with Cameron who did an excellent job at explaining in detail how all the plans and pricing works. Additionally I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them beyond my expectations. He made the transition easy. Oh yeah, so Verizon works way better at my house and ultra wide band is kinda mind blowing. We traded in our old phones and got newest models for free!! We had to pick the top tier plan but it’s the same price as att. Thanks again Cameron for being so pleasant and helping us get new phones :)

i’ve always had a bad experience with Verizon stores in my area; therefor, i started dealing with Verizon directly through phone; however, once i started going to this location i am very satisfied with their customer service. Mark is one of the best sales representatives i have ever dealt with! very professional, respectful and friendly. Thank you guys! keep the good work up?

These gentlemen are working hard and doing their best. They were SWAMPED and had tons of customers in their store but each one was doing their best and you could tell.They had many techs on the floor doing what they could to help everyone.We had a large family of devices that needed activation and we had a lot of questions.ALL of which were Answered by Brian, the manager and Garrett. These gentlemen got the job DONE as much as we may have stressed them out ?? they never showed it. Greatly appreciate Brian and Garrett!

This store is very dishonest. I went in to upgrade my daughters phone. The salesperson told me they could give me a better plan at the same price. The new plan no longer has a hot spot and the only thing I am offered is a hot spot added at $10 per line. Beware!

The absolute worst experience with a business I’ve ever had. Bijan had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen for someone working in the customer service industry. I would recommend finding anywhere else to do business with. I don’t think this is a Verizon issue but more so a “manager” having a power trip. This store specifically does bad business and can’t explain why they tell their customers one thing but then can’t fulfill those promises.

I had a problem with the rep to purchase phones that was done online his name is Derrick gave me a hard time don’t go wasting your time at this location they will not help you and will block your account making look like your doing some sort of fraud worst location to go to

Returning from attempting to pick up my phone from the Express Pickup Locker, which didn’t work. I tried the tablet and the buttons several times and it just kept restarting every 10 minutes (but wouldn’t work). I tried calling Verizon directly but customer care was closed. Chatted and the first rep asked me “what’s an express pickup locker” and the second rep told me she sent a new passcode to my email. No one solved my problem and I went home after an hour. Just canceled my new iPhone purchase and honestly fairly sure I’ll just be purchasing through Apple. 0/10. Fix your locker.Edit (1 week later) - I followed the advice below and filled out the contact form, and 8 days later no one has responded to my complaints or corrected the issue. I keep getting the runaround with the support team - who are apologetic but about as useful as they were when I couldn't access the locker. It's truly bewildering to me how this company handles customer complaints. Planning on moving to a different carrier at the end of this year and never looking back :)

I just bought 5G internet gateway, l was told it’s very easy to installed, l have been on call with Verizon technicians (experts) for 3 hours and still can’t figure it out. Before l bought it, l asked is it easy to install, l was told yes just plug and go. Thats was NOT TRUE.

Irritated and frustrated. A week ago my wife and I went in at 2pm to upgrade older phones. We knew what we wanted and seemed to just be transactional. We paid the extra money to have the clerk do the swap of data, this used to be complimentary. then proceeded to wait over 3 hours for the Samsung to data transfer. As we waited I asked about a Android watch. I was then told, oh yeah thats free with a new connection. . . . why are you just telling me now? He placed the order, cause of course its not in the store and im now over a week still no watch, no update, nothing. This is frustrating

Just to make sure this is the store in front of lakeside mall. Terrible service associate didn't want to be bothered. This person should look for another job not in customer service. Tried to charge a fee just to get rid of me. I went down the street to another Verizon and received excellent service. I got help with everything I needed no talk of fees. This is the difference between a good employee and one that has no business working for this company. Hopefully someone does something about it and everyone that is reading this pick another location.
