Always a terrible experience. Get texts stating the prescriptions are ready and have to wait more than a hour just to get what was texted as already filled and ready. Had a prescription that said out of stock for four days then called for the pharmacist to tell me they couldn't even order the prescription. Customer service is poor and and wait times are long. Communication is also an issue. Moved all meds to CVS but that was an issue because they refused to release non controlled meds too. Don't waste time here.

If you care about your loved one and want them to live, do NOT send anything to their pharmacy. I called to ensure an “order only”, LIFE SUSTAINING medication was ordered by the fill date for a parent. It normally only allows two days before the script has run out, to even fill it. The pharmacist apparently thinks they hand out 31 day prescriptions. He just mocked my concern over the phone, and wouldn’t even listen when I asked him to count the days on a calendar, because he was incorrect , and ultimately hung up on me.He said he would order it, but wouldn’t fill it until the day my elderly parent was completely out, when every other pharmacy said it would have been scheduled to be filled 3 days prior, to his imaginary date. We waited until my parent ran out, only because we had no other option because they wouldn’t transfer it. Went to pick it up, and it was never ordered, it was Friday, the pharmacist/manger was not even in, and at best, it would be in by Monday, probably Tuesday. Good job 👏🏻 if this parent ends up on life support AGAIN, from your error, I will Karen this until the cows come home. The lack of compassion, complete disregard for someone’s life, at the hands of a pharmacy, is unfathomable.

The Rite Aid I used closed and my file was transferred here unfortunately. I have been taking the same medication for over a year and never had any real issue getting it at my old pharmacy. Immediately I get a rude snarky lecture from them about how there is a nationwide shortage etc. I say it's ok, I will wait etc. More than a week goes by and nothing from them at all.
I call again to check on the status, same snarky response about a nationwide shortage and then they tell me they can''t even find my script, then put me on hold and then hang up on me.
I call a different Rite Aid location on Canal and they have it in stock as we speak. I also speak with Meijer Clinton Twp and they also have it in stock.
I immediately transfer my script outta that place and I will never go back. Way too many options to be treated that poorly and wait weeks for no reason.
Avoid!

Check the reviews... this seems to be a "Pharmacy" in name only... have to wait days for BIRTH CONTROL... the scabby scubby techs and hard to understand pharmacists they hire are useless... is always some issue or reason why they can't fill a script timely... officially done with this "pharmacy"

The only reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of the wonderful employee who is in my opinion not receiving enough pay or support from Walgreens regardless of what the pay structure is because they have her working by herself and to make things even worse she has to handle fed ex pick ups. I didn't ask for my package to be signed for and would have preferred them to drop it off at my house like all the other packages I get. So if you're listening Walgreens get your people some help.

They're pharmacist is beyond rude. They constantly delay prescriptions and when you go to pick up, they still don't have it ready. This has been going on for months. We're switching.

Do not use this pharmacy. My husband received messages on Thursday evening his medicine was ready to be pick up. We go there Friday morning and was told They gave his medicine to someone else and they would have to reorder it and he could have it Monday. When we asked why they gave it to somebody else the lady said it's first come first served.So because of this policy my husband has to wait till Monday to maybe get his diabetic medicine.That was the last straw we're moving all the prescriptions to Kroger.
