Doesn't matter how many people there you wait forever! No motivation and just let people sit at window and wait instead of helping people behind. Be prepared to wait a min of 30 min

This place is so unorganized. They seem like they never have my script when I go there. Or they tell me it’s not ready. And I have to wait. Worst place to get scripts.

This Walgreens has very poor service! They are very Chaotic & every month since iv used them since rite aid closed they never can get my scripts filled on time the txt service will message me my scripts are ready when I ho in they can't find them or they are not ready,they won't have meds send me to other Walgreens to get,on and on every single month I can't just go in and pick up my meds! Stuff I have canceled don't take will be filled! It's crazy there I would never recommend this Walgreens!! Took me year of disappointment to write this!

Terrible!!! Don’t go here!! Called 1.5 hours ago to get meds when I arrived after 3 hours they said I would need to come back tomorrow. When I fussed at them they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Disorganized!!

I know this review is about the store experience but I received a call from this walgreens to do an interview I came in for an interview which was done by one of the store manager I forgot the store manager name I think it start with an J
Well she interviewed me I thought everything went ok she told me she was going to give me a call back in the next 3 days that she had to talk to another store manager about the budget of the store how would they fit me into the schedule which I thought was kind of weird because why would you go and call someone for an interview and then tell them that the store have a budget and they have to figured out how to fit you in smh
So long story I never received a call back to me that wasn't cool because especially how jobs are hard to pretty much find to see here and basically play in someone face about a job when my thing just be honest with people if you not going to hire them be honest don't lie to someone about not getting hired at all looking at it in hindsight it's probably good I never got a call back

Worst pharmacy ever no communication from the pharmacy staff what so ever they wait till the day my prescription is suppose to be filled and for me to call them to make sure it's filled and ready for pick up to inform me they will no longer fill my prescription know call prior to me contacting them now I am without my medication i really do need and if they would have contacted me and let me know they weren't gonna fill my prescription any longer I could have found another pharmacy before this happened and would not have been left without my medication this truly is the worst pharmacy I am not a mind reader and after having my prescription filled here for over 6 months how was I suppose to just know they decided not to fill it anymore this is on this Walgreens they should have contacted me and they didn't will never ever shop at Walgreens or have any of my prescriptions filled at a Walgreens again!

My experience was terrible. I came in to do a return/exchange. I didn’t have my receipt but I wanted to purchase something else in its place. I left my return at the counter with the woman who was working and went to shop around. After a few minutes she came around the corner and with a snappy tone in her voice asked if I needed help finding anything. I was looking for a specific item that I saw at another Walgreens but I did not want to ask her for help as I could tell she was irritated. I continued to try and shop around. A few moments later she yells across the store at me asking if I’ve found what I’ve been looking for because I’m holding up the line and she couldn’t ring up anyone else. I was unaware she was waiting on me as I never asked her to and thought I was allowed to shop around. Why she couldn’t ring up the other people is beyond me. I would have happily stood in line again. I felt rushed and unwelcome in the store. She made it very clear she was upset with me and completely embarrassed me in front of other customers. I normally do not go out of my way to leave a bad review but your company should do a recap on customer service and how to speak to people.

It's Walgreens. I think CVS and it's coupon system and deals are easier to navigate and better value. My insurance company prefers I go here for better prescription prices on the more expensive items I need.

Horrible staff, completely unprofessional. Stood for 15 mins waiting to ask where covid tests were for my kid .Did not acknowledge me or say wait a min please.Then when they told me where they were located. Went to that area , there were none.Going to Meijer or CVS for better service from now on.Feel sad for the staff here.
