Terrible service at photo counter. Employee lost the picture we ordered and told us we have to just pay for another one because they’re not sure where it went.

Survey # when called in said my invitation was expired - but it was within 72 hours of my receipt date & time.
Had to use QR Code and that worked fine.
Poor technical support to participate. Rigged against phone calls but okay for QR Code readers only (? ? ? )

I switched to this pharmacy when Rite Aid closed and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They administered the wrong amount of antibiotics for my son so we didn’t have enough to finish the course and now we have to give him more antibiotics because he still has a double ear infection. They also lost prescriptions that my husband and I had sent there. One minute it says they’re preparing it and the next it disappears from the app. Then they claim they never received anything. When I call them they always have an attitude and don’t take accountability for any of their mistakes. They even accused me of administering my son’s antibiotic wrong and said their machine is “perfect” and doesn’t make mistakes even though I know I carefully measured each dose with a syringe. I’ve never had any issues with a pharmacy until now. We liked that it was so close to home but unfortunately I think we’ll be going elsewhere.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I get one prescription filled here monthly and EVERY month it’s always “something”. They will sit on prescriptions and say they are “working on it” but no progress. This is a medication that I literally NEED, but no urgency, you call and you get some random call center that isn’t even in contact with the pharmacy and just reads off of the same screen you see when your at the “online dashboard”. How is it that a script gets called in at 10am, then told it will be ready by 11:48am, then that becomes “ummm around 3pm” and then it’s passed 3pm and STILL nothing….

My grandmother with a lung disease and severe asthma comes here for her prescriptions. They will only give her a weeks worth of her breathing meds at a time. For someone who is in the hospital at least once a month due to difficulty breathing this is unacceptable in case she has a bad day and needs to take more. Today while she was talking to the pharmacist, she decided to call her Dr and ask why this was such a hassle. The Dr informed her that she has several refills and can collect them all at once. After she informed them of this, they told her to get to the back of the line - just to tell her once she reached the front again that her medications won’t be ready until the late afternoon. This was around 11am. Shame on the staff for not taking pride in their jobs and providing decent customer service for those in need.

Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy in my entire life. I am typically very forgiving of places like this having spent a number of years working in various retail customer service positions so when I say this place is bad, I mean it. The pharmacy that I have filled all of my prescriptions at for over ten years is going out of business, so I innocently thought I could transfer them to this Walgreens location because it is the only remaining Walgreens with a 24 hour pharmacy in the area. Well I guess I thought wrong! After holding my prescription for several days after my doctor called it in, the daytime pharmacy manager arbitrarily decided to refuse to refill my prescription because I live 8 miles away from this particular Walgreens location. I thought this was a free country - - shouldn't I be able to select any pharmacy when choosing where to fill my scripts? In addition to the seemingly random nature of this refusal, she also asked me quite a few invasive questions about my personal life prior to informing me that she was canceling the prescription which was already in the bottle and sitting in the pickup area ready to go. It was quite literally the most bizarre experience I have ever had when trying to complete what should've been the normal, mundane, everyday task of picking up a prescription. AVOID SENDING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I generally try to keep my complaints off of the internet. I try to resolve problems directly, or I simply vote with my wallet and my feet when a business consistently lets me down.
I will make an exception today.
Several times in the past month my family has received the wrong medication from this Walgreens location. The most egregious example was just last week when we received SOMEONE ELSE's medication bottle in a bag marked with our name.
Repeated efforts to resolve these problems with pharmacy staff were met with either apathy, or resistance and active disagreement. We had to argue and pull out a cell phone to prove that the medication in the bottle did not match our DR's written prescription.
I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism and apparent disregard for a patient's health and safety.

I love this Walgreens!! I have been coming here for years and it’s so convenient that it is a 24 hour store.
The pharmacy staff is phenomenal. Whenever I pick up my prescriptions, they are always friendly and ask if I have any questions. If I have any concerns, they are quick to address them. I appreciate their hard work and being able to assist me when needed.

1100 am, 3/12, arab or indian lady at the pharmacy, is the rudest person ever, no customer skills whatsoever. Rude if you call about the status of a prescription for a child that has been out of stock. Says quit calling, what, are you kidding me. Switching to a more professional pharmacy.

A prescription for blood pressure medication was ordered yesterday from my doctor's office. I called the Walgreens at Garfiel and Canal multiple times yesterday after waiting several hours after it was ordered and the voice system kept saying it was not ready. I finally gave up then called again this morning and it still was not filled. I called again to talk to a pharmicist and after many prompts and a long hold time, I was told it would be filled sometime later today. This was a very slow turn around time with no communication resulting in an overall lousy experience. This has been my Walgreens for more than ten years and I am going to look for another pharmacy.

A pharmacy that has no antibiotics for kids. Absolutely useless…may as well just close the store and open a veterinary clinic.
