I was very happy with customer service from the gentlemen who got me my video game, too the nice lady who checked me out. I regretfully didn’t get their names. It was early Friday during storm 12/23 & they both had positive, professional attitudes. I love this Wal-mart.

This use to be nice but not anymore outsiders coming from God only knows where and no cashiers. Staff just standing around doing nothing, greeters are great though. Love those guys

I purchased Yasso coffee flavored Yougart bars. What a mess all melted and contorted. So next week dumb me I purchased another box and lo and behold I experienced the same problem. Please check your freezers. Your employees are very helpful.

Clean and always well organized. Everything is easily found. And if you need a chair to ride they're one always available. I recommend this one over the others in the area

It's a great store with many great deals so I'll be completely honest. To get the best deal you need both Meijer and Walmart. Some items here cost more than the other and vise versa so to get the best savings go to both. It's also worth noting the price scanners have all been removed only can be told the price of an item at check out or by an employee with their phone. Decently clean however, some isle's are almost completely trashed and make finding a specific item very difficult yet both the employees I talked to we're very polite and helpful so that's always a plus.

Ladies restroom is disgusting toilet tissue all over the place trash over flowing toilets full and water in the floor and you can smell urine coming from the men's restroom all throughout the front of the store. Do better. I know yall get overwhelmed wished customers would treat the restrooms better and clean up after themselves

This is my go to! They stay busy and most of the time i order online. I'm finding an huge increase in the food.as well as the products. Delivery is good but sometimes I'm missing items but they always reimburse. Pick up is quick they pack nicely and are friendly. There's never a long wait. Safe parking having cameras everywhere. Sales are great and easy to get help

Needed a case for new phone. Found one here asked employee to unlock for me to purchase. I got told no one was in for electronics I’d have to come back later if I wanted to buy. All these employees walking around and not one could unlock a $9 to phone case. This is why retail shopping is all but dead.

As usual, store was well supplied, providing all of the needed items. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were.entirely reasonable, and sell checkout line unusually short. Lots of parking available.

I was treated EXCELLANT!!!!! I want to go back there because all the "check out girls and gentlemen" tried to help me and were so nice!!!!! The people there were great---a far cry from the last time I was there!!! I did not want to go back -- but I am glad I did, the people were EXCELLANT!!!! Thank you so much Walmart!!!

I gave it a 3 star rating to point out a process defect/oversight the store needs to fix. I have frequently seen a sign in the store that reads 'pick up on line orders here'. However, after waiting in line for 5 minutes, I was politely told by the desk employee I needed to go outside and drive my car to the curbside pick up area. A minor inconvenience but it could have been avoided by removing the outdated and misleading sign. It would have saved me 15 minutes in a day I was rushing to get something else done.I hope Walmart reads these reviews and if they do I am confident the store manager will correct the process defect.

This WalMart has REALLY cleaned up their act! My sister called me from inside while shopping and told me to get my butt up there for some great summer clearance items!! This didn't used to be my favorite place, but after today, I will consciously decide to head to this location above any other. Lets start with the cheery welcome we received upon entering the store, that wonderful greeting set the tone for my entire visit. The store was VERY tidy! Clean, neat, organized, impeccable! Every employee we encountered was helpful and friendly, what a change from other recent customer service woes, where employees seem to drone on almost robotically, that was not the case at this location. It seems pride in doing a good job has returned and everyone was was in on the action! After checking out we were again greeted and thanked for visiting! I was seriously impressed and want to commend whomever has turned this store around and made a lasting impression on us today! KUDOS!!

Went there today to return bottles. Went to the self checkout to cash out the 2 bottle slips, scanned the bottle slip had to wait for an associate, there were 2 workers helping out 1 person at the self check out, I waited 15-20 min while one of them kept repeated " ill be with you in a second" I just left. Meijers bottle slips you scan and put in slot, not Walmart. Everytime you have to wait for an associate it takes forever for them to come. Even though Walmart is across the road from me, I'd rather do my shopping at Meijer
