Lake. There was a recent recall, which they were scheduled out over a week.. Pat was able to get me in the next day. They found out I had a bad battery, and they were able to figure out a way to help me out. Royal Oak Ford (which is where I purchased my car) needs to take a lesson from Fernelious Ford. “This is the only place I'll take my 2021 Malibu for for service. Today's visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment which was quick and easy. I arrived a little early was greeted by name, and they took my car right away. It was returned, clean and neat. I waited in the waiting room and was treated to water and great cookies.”
