Customers are 100% ecstatic and pleased with services like hair coloring, highlighting, trimming, styling, and nail designs done free hand. The attached boutique has very cute clothes. It is a wonderful place that receives the highest recommendations.

I can’t say enough good things about Hair Design and Shine Boutique! My son loves seeing Miss Abbi to get his hair done. Nicki is always welcoming and she has the cutest clothes in her shop. Grateful to have this in the community!
