We are traveling from out of state and I ordered a couple of prescriptions while in the area. One was only partially refilled. I was unsure if the remaining prescription would be refilled before we left. I called and spoke with Chad. He assured me the med would be on an incoming truck and even took the time to check for sure. I went in later that day and was also waited on by Chad. True to his word I left with the the rest of my prescription. Chad was so very kind in every response as well as being extremely proficient. He is a true asset to the Cheboygan Walgreens!!

This store is the worst example of customer service, and I'm not basing this on one experience. These are incompetent individuals who blame everyone else for their mess and throw their hands up in the air with shock and defeat when their failure harms the customer. I chose Walgreen's for prescriptions because our home store is wonderful, but please, choose Walmart in Cheboygan if you need medicine. This Walgreen's is run by a horrible individual who thinks that it's ok to leave people without their medication because attention to detail and follow through is hard. If you are looking for competence and follow through, choose the Walmart pharmacy. I'm not affiliated with Walmart in any way, i just wasted hours on Walgreen's, and I regret it.

Out of meds and from out of town! Kristin went above and beyond calling, pushing it along and calling me confirming it arrived! God bless Kristin and the care and persistence to get a customer feeling better!

I am absolutely amazed. I got my wedding pictures back on Monday, ordered the pictures Tuesday (over 500), and THEY ARRIVED THRU MAIL ON WEDNESDAY. I will most definitely be utilizing you guys more often

Giving 1 star because it doesn't give the option for zero stars. I wouldn't even give them zero stars, I would give them a negative 10 if I could!I ordered a photo to be printed. It was designed by a graphics app and I did set it to be the correct size. Got to the store and the print they handed me was cut off. I had taken a screenshot of the preview image from their website and it showed it correctly. I showed them the screenshot and they could see the difference. I asked if their machine was capable of correctly printing the image and I was told no, that there is something wrong with their machines. But.. this is NOT the first time this has happened! I've never complained before bc nothing important was cut off, but this time, no. This was an image I intended to give to my wife who is in the hospital! I'm taking my photo business elsewhere from now on.Photos clearly show how the loop of the letter L has been cut off. Customer service was also very poor.The first photo is a screenshot of the preview from their website, the second photo is of the actual print they handed to me. Clearly not as was pictured. I guess they need to fix their machine!!***Update***Went to Office Max and they were able to do what Walgreens could not. I got excellent customer service and an awesome print!I am a home based small business owner, and Walgreens has lost my business. I will be going to Office Max from now on.

They'll never have your medication in stock. I chose to drive an hour to Petoskey for a quality pharmacy. They turned me away and said there was a "National shortage". Apparently this "National shortage" was only reserved to the east side of Northern MI.

Accidentally left my sunglasses here when I went to get my covid vaccine. Came back 1 week later to ask if they had a lost-and-found so I could get my glasses and one of the managers said they didn't have a lost-and-found. Then he gave me his number and said he would call me if they found my sunglasses. This was almost 3 years ago and I still haven't heard anything from that manager, hopefully he got fired because I'm 75% sure an employee just stole them.
