Talk about a great experience! Over the years I have had dozens of stints in physical therapy. I always dreaded each visit. This time it was my left knee replacement. If it wasn't for Josh, John, Olivia and Nate it would have been the same. Instead, I actually looked forward to each session. I don't know how soon before I get the right knee done, but when I do, I'll be going to ATI Chelsea for rehab!! Love you guys!

My shoulder is feeling better, I have more range of motion and less pain. I have gone through a lot of physical therapy over the years, and these folks know what they are doing.

Great facility. Personnel are even better. Second time I have chosen this facility for rehab after a surgery. They personalized my therapy to my abilities and limitations. The therapists are professional and easy to talk with about goals. Josh does the best job putting clients at ease and helping them to improve their lives. Definitely recommend this facility for everyone.

Beware - ATI has terrible unethical billing practices. They lie and say you only have a $10 co pay - then wait until you are done with treatment to bill you so you never know you how big your deductibles are. I was hit with a $700 bill 2 months after I started treatment and two weeks after I was done. Had I been billed earlier - I could have seen that I was paying $130 a visit (after they collected hundreds frommy insuance) to ride a bike and do calf raises! I never would have gone. I called my insurance who said they never saw a claim until after my visits were done - so they never sent me an estimated cost of service. Again - I am sure this was done on purpose so I would not find out how much a visit was costing me! While the local staff was great - corporate billing is tricking patients and robbing them. Very unethical!

I have had multiple rounds of physical therapy for different issues at the ATI in Chelsea and always had an excellent experience. Never any problems getting appointments in a timely fashion with knowledgeable and friendly therapists. Would recommend.

I started a couple weeks ago and haven’t had any problems at all with the professionalism and courtesy provided. They work me but don’t overwork me, always paying special attention to the level of discomfort I might be in. This has been a positive experience that has led to even more emphasis on my part insofar as caring for my body in other ways. Thank you ATI

Started at Chelsea location for pre-op PT prior to shoulder replacement. Very pleased with evaluation, exercise recommendations, and attention to detail. Also appreciated flexible scheduling.

They are amazing at working with my schedule. They gave me a clear timeline on how long they expected I’d be in physical therapy. They work me hard but are always careful not to over work me. If I ever needed physical therapy in the future I’d definitely come back here.

The facility is equipped very well with a wide range of apparatus for rehab needs. My PT, Jon, is very professional and communicates clearly what I need to do to get back to my active lifestyle. Easy scheduling and convenient location make this a great place overall.
