They try very hard to make everyone safe.

Clean, well staffed. The atmosphere is casual and professional without being cold and unfriendly.

My daughter & I were briefly here to get her fingerprints done for her job. But, the little we saw was really pretty!

Very clean, eloquent facility. Beautifully designed and decorated. Friendly, helpful staff. I was there for a fingerprint appointment, and the lady was very nice and I was in and out very quickly. I found the location easily. Overall a good experience.

What CRC/Towsley was and what it is today is vastly different. The 1 Aid, to 15 or more residents, are overworked and stressed to the degree of harm to residents. CRC expects Aids to fulfill the job description of 3 different categories and wonder why they can't keep staff. Sadly too many families drop their loved one off trusting the standard of care that was advertised and do not come in often to observe and hold CRC accountable for the large amount of money it takes in for each Memory Care resident. Though the idea of neighborhoods may have been nice, the residents are locked in these terribly boring spaces rarely getting out of the halls they wander. They look at the gardens through the windows with some attending no activities outside the lock down unit only walking the halls between meals. The breakfasts are cooked by Aids rather than the kitchen and are substandard at best, many not appropriate for elderly with eating difficulties. As a long time visiting medical professional, I find CRC Towsley to be an unsafe, lonely, depressing, completely unstimulating environment with little interaction with residents and nothing that anyone would call professionally driven for "Memory Care". There is NOTHING in the way of cognitively enhanced "Memory Care" or a trained memory care professional to direct activities so understandable how residents digress in every way. Looking at the "schedule" looks inviting but there are too few activity staff and residents are not taken to other "neighborhoods" to enjoy those. Residents are left alone for long periods of time with no supervision or interaction. Few, long time Aids work very hard, others ignore the residents with NO Management oversight. Families have taken these issues to management who give them excuses, nothing changes. Look elsewhere and watch over your loved ones and give them the care they deserve.

I never write a review but again never had a issue. This place sets you up ? to fail. They train you horribly and then just throw you on your own in a area any area at that and then put you back in training and then will just let you go no problem. Management is horrible so is some of the people that are training they will put the blame on you for something you didn't even do. Lots of drama and people talking about others personal business that shouldn't be shared especially with a new person. Lead persons in departments run people off an then they make things up. Money and bonuses and benefits sound great but stay clear of this place as a employee and don't put none of your family in this place. Very understaffed like everywhere but also not trained properly. Some of the staff I met were some of the nicest people and others not so much. I feel bad for some of the staff after some of the others talk horrible about them. They always have openings all over an I can see why

The memory care building is short on staff and the ones that are there are not trained. My wife died there and no one from that facility had the decency to send their condolences to my family or myself. High priced for what you get!

Do not apply to work here they will set you up to fail and then tell u doing a good job and then put u on training and u need more training they give to u and while you on training they will get ride of you and blame things on you while you were with your trainer doing a residents together but you get the fault of it not the other employee please stay clear of the the money sounds good but it's not worth the drama and stress they make you feel like you don't know how to do your job.

i will just say this is not a place to go to if you need immediate help. they are understaff and response time is bad. i could say more but will leave it with the one comment. understaff does not help.. nights and weekends are disaster.
