Poor customer service and this particular location is very dirty, take a look at the ceiling tiles and vents above their food prep area. I also tried to use a coupon from the website as I ordered online. My order met all of the requirements for said coupon. They would not apply it. Reached out to the corporate website and they told me the coupon had expired. Interesting as it popped up on their website as I ordered…Corporate contact was rude and unprofessional. We no longer give our business to this place. Thompson’s pizza and service blows this place away!But seriously, go look at their food prep area prior to ordering.

I ordered a 6in sub last night and picked it up. It was ready and decent but not as good as previous ones. BUT it was $1 more than just a couple months ago. For that reason I won't be back.

Many good pizza places in Chelsea but for takeout Cottage Inn selection is fantastic!! Flavor, flavor is the right key for me. A little Drizzle makes everything pop.

Great pizza, quick service. Everything crust is everything. And their vegan pizzas are surprisingly good - I recently found out I'm allergic to dairy and this has been amazing.
