Go to a professional pharmacy to get your vaccines. I mad an appointment 4 days in advance to getting a Covid vaccine so I could in and out quickly. I arrived early for my appointment to check in. The tech insisted that I didn't have appointment. Once I showed him my phone with the appointment confirmation he suddenly found my appointment. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I asked him how much longer he said he knew exactly how long I was waiting and that I needed to be patient because appointments take a long time. When I reminded him that I needed the lot number of the vaccine he said "I know exactly what you need." When he returned my CDC card he said "You are very rude and you should act your age." While I did responded in kind I didn't deserve to be treated so disrespectfully. I will not use CVS vaccine services again.

My experience this past Saturday, 9/30/23, waiting to receive my updated covid/flu/rsv vaccines was, to put it mildly, a very disappointing one. upon arrival 10 minutes prior to my 6-week out scheduled appointment, I found myself in a line as the 8th person. waiting patiently with the other customers, this line grew to 16 in no time and my scheduled appointment time came and went with no way of expressing my frustration. it occurred to me, rightly so, that there were only three staff members in the pharmacy, all thoroughly overwhelmed with orders etc. They all appeared to be pleasant and efficient although obviously understaffed by approximately 3 additional employees. The very calm and pleasant pharmacist, KASS was not only the one taking prescription orders, checking in patients for their vaccinations but also the only one administrating the shots. This caused an huge delay and frustration on the part of all concerned.I consider this very poor planning on the part of CORPORATE CVS and should be addressed with expediency to avoid inconvenience to and loss of customers AND valuable employees. Once I finally received my shots from KASS, he kindly gave me a CVS 'goody bag' of coupons and samples including 2 covid tests (which being on Medicare I receive FOC anyway), for my patience. As it turned out, CORPORATE CVS had done away with respecting those who had gone to the effort to ensure their place in line by activating an appointment time and had instructed their pharmacies to accept anyone, appointment holders AND WALK-INS and treat them in order that they arrived. What was the point of my going to all the trouble of making an appointment???A very dissatisfying experience and one I shall not be allowing CVS to honor ever again.Condolences to the great staff. Time to move on.

Everyone here is nice and friendly. They are always busy but they are in a busy location. I come here for meds n vaccines because it's right across from my work, which makes it easier for me. It's a typical CVS with a selection, prices are as reasonable as any other CVS. It's very clean and well lit, and I have no problems with it.Ali gave me my most recent vaccine, and although they were very busy, I was very patient and he did a great job. I look at some of these reviews, some of the one and two stars, and it makes me wonder about some of the people reviewing. Some people are just a bunch of big cry babies that are never happy and can't be grateful for what they have, access to a good phstm

The phone system is the WORST I ever encountered. It has extremely long waiting most of time and automatically hang up after 15 minutes or so, forcing caller to call again and wait in the que. After 35 minutes waiting, I drove there and found the pharmacy was almost empty. This is rediculous.

This place is where customer service goes to die and the Pharmacist in the pic. seems to think he knows better than the U of MI Dr. I've been seeing for years. I've often wondered if this guy was stoned, now I just see it is because he is sad about his life choices. He wasn't happy I took a pic and "put that in my notes", lol. Seriously, dude, In public you have no expectation of privacy and, if you chose to act like a rude @$$, be prepared for your pic to go online!1st of all, if you call anywhere near lunchtime (think 12-2) you will not reach anyone. I had checked my prescriptions (3) to see one had a hold on it and that I had to call the pharmacy. I called today at 1:18, sat on the line for 10 min 30 sec. (I looked on my phone log, lol) then was hung up on. I called right back, this time there was no "hold" the call was hung up on as soon as it connected to the pharmacy. I call a 3rd time, thinking something was wrong with their system. Now there's a message that they are all at lunch (ALL of them??). When I do manage to get a hold of a pharmacy member they tell me the hold was because there was a cream and a shampoo that had the same active ingredient. I told them, yes I know they are for 2 dif. applications but yes, I need them both. Great! No problem, they can be filled. I check the site, make sure all 3 prescriptions are ready for pick up and make the 20min drive to the CVS. The kid at the register brought me two of the medications, "where is the third?" I asked, "oh there's a payment hold on that one because it's $xx. "Why was that not discussed with me when I called earlier and why did it show as filled on the app?". Innocent questions, I thought and he went to get the manager so (I thought) I could get the hold removed. The manager (see pic) proceeds to tell me he placed a hold for "my safety"...WHAT? "My doctor also is concerned for my safety and she is the one who prescribed the medication, also that's not the one I am talking about". This is when he revealed WHY he's being such a d!ck, "I'm a doctor TOO", he whined. Well he's NOT MY DOCTOR and doesn't know MY health better than MY doctor, he's just a wannabe and this is as close as he could apparently get. The medication he put on hold wasn't even the one he was thinking about, he was talking about the 1st hold. "why did no one tell me this before, when I called about the other hold?" At this point he was obviously frustrated (Why? I don't know, wasn't MY mistake) and tells me "we're only human". I know this, however when I called earlier I was hung up on....twice, before getting an "out to lunch" voice message. At this point he ROLLED HIS EYES (so thinking this is not the 1st time he's heard this complaint) accused me of yelling at his staff (I didn't, I asked a question, that was it) and tells me I can no longer fill my prescriptions there. I am just crying all the way home, boohoohoo, LMFAO.

Do not go to this pharmacy. Staff are rude and will hang up on you. This is the second time I have had an RX go missing after confirmation that it was sent to the pharmacy. This specific location is a joke!

They employ a very rude pharmacist who passed the buck when I asked questions. Last week I called to register for flu shots \\u0026 was told to register online, so I did. When I got to this place, I was very rudely told they did not have the vaccine. When I asked why I didn't get a text or e-mail telling me this, I was told that they did not control the website. . .what does that mean?? In the meantime, I was given a printed form that I filled out. The form was for another person!?. I was told I could come back later to see if they once again had the vaccine. I will never use their services again. Instead of saying, Oops, that is not your form, the girl who gave me the form said she has no control over what is printed. Did she even ask me my name \\u0026 DOB??? Either they need someone in charge, more employees or chill pills. I know pharmacies are busy!

Super rude pharmacist. I am not a fan of leaving reviews (let alone negative reviews but I thought this was necessary). I literally just moved to Chelsea from Ohio and due to COVID I have not been able to schedule a doctor appointment in the area. I am on a medication that I take everyday and the doctor I normally saw in Ohio would call it in for me. When he sent it in to this CVS location it prompted a call from a female pharmacist asking me what my address was and why the prescription was coming from Ohio. I explained to her that I had just moved to Chelsea. She then told me that she refuses to fill any prescription for anyone from out of state or from any doctor out of state (due to personal preference). After explaining my situation to her, she reluctantly agreed to fill this prescription. But she made it a point of emphasis that she would never do so again! She kept telling me that her refusal was due to her personal preference and nothing else. I respect her personal preference (I understand that maybe she had a problem in the past with something similar that caused issues). But in my opinion she could have handled things significantly better. Throughout the call she was very condescending and accusatory. She was so disrespectful and rude that even if she did let me continue using her pharmacy, I would choose not to.

The CVS shorted me on pill and when I called to report this I was told, come back and "we will give you the benefit of doubt". To me this means , you must have lost one or you are lieing to us about missing one. Time to move my scripts to a different Pharmacy.I don't like being called a lier.
