“Stephen is not only creative, he is 1000% customer service oriented. And not only that, he has a huge heart for the business he is in. He goes to Africa for the finest garnet on the planet for example. He fixed two watches for us and a clock. Then he came to my Mom's home in Assisted Living Silver Maples Retirement village in Chelsea, MI and spent an hour adjusting the size of her watch for her. He graced us with stories and photos of he travel to Africa finding brilliant garnet and also sighting elephants in the night outside of his lodging. Our Mom is quite happy with his talent and service, attention to detail and for the Africa stories. If you need any jewelry work done take it to Stephen for sure!”
