Last year was our first year having MSK prepare our taxes. We dropped the information off and had a consultation with MSK and we were done.We will be using their service again this year. Job well done.

We've worked with this firm for the last few years after our old accountant retired. We found their service adequate if not comparable for the same amount we paid our old CPA. We have not always been satisfied with the timeliness of communication, and we certainly do not expect immediate communication, especially during tax season. Hearing back within 2-3 days would be acceptable. This year when we needed additional information and help we learned that unlike our previous CPA, this agency does not handle follow up issues with our taxes. When I asked the person we've been working with for clarification, she simply chose not to respond at all. When we reached out to the firm about this, they refused to respond. We cannot recommend using this firm. This experience was highly unprofessional.UPDATE: In light of the response given below I reached out to further discuss. And..... no response. Have been working with Lisa for several years and the service has been very professional and thorough. She assisted us through the rebuilding of our business and dealing with its assets and helped me get up to speed on the tax system. Always willing to answer whatever questions I have.
