First of all ever time I go in to this store it smells of old and burnt oil the oil in y’all’s fryer need to be changed it has been changed in months my next is calling the health department because ur store shouldn’t smell like a dogs butt I told one of ur employees he laughed

customer service is super, super important to me. I’m deeply saddened after my phone call with one of the managers at this location Val (Valerie) From the time she answered the phone she was cutting me off & raising her voice. Yelling things like I’m wrong & I just want my money back. Nothing was resolved because she spent the whole time yelling in my ear & wouldn’t take the time nor make a real effort to see if the system made a mistake. BECAUSE THAT IS VERY POSSIBLE!
I am a faithful customer but the lack of professionalism & Customer care has put a sour taste in my mouth & I will not be back.
