This store has it all. Tanner was able to print from a thumb drive, make copies of something else, fax and then mail what I needed in record time. Tanner did all of this while waiting on other customer's. I would hire Tanner away in a New York minute. Thank You UPS of Chelsea MI, for having all of these services. Not only did Everything work, but the employees were friendly and the store was very clean and organized.

This is quite a busy store, but the staff is always polite and very helpful. The facility neat, clean, and convenient. Highly recommended.

I am a long time customer of this UPS store. The service has always been fine and my packages have always been shipped correctly so I’ve had no complaints. However, with the recent additions to the staff (some younger men) I feel like the service has gone from good to great! Yesterday, I brought in a load of 14 separate items to return to Amazon and both fellows were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. It was towards the end of the day and their politeness and positivity was a breath of fresh air!

Went to drop a package offAround 2:10 pm (2/13/24)Extremely rude individual who just grabbed the package out of my hands. Not very friendly at all, will NOT be going back and giving them business. I didnt catch his name, but he definitely needs work on his people skills and customer service skills.

Staff is helpful and efficient. I ship stuff monthly to an out of state job and they make it easy.

Generally fast and efficient. Mostly use it for Amazon returns. That being said, I'm knocking off one star because one employee who is frequently handling the front desk always comes across as if Amazon returns are a big inconvenience. Nothing verbal, but there is frequent sighing, eyerolling, and a palpable sense of "I don't want to be dealing with this right now." If it's extremely busy, I get it - everyone gets stressed. But even on days when no one else is in the store, it's the same feel. If I have one quick return, I'll go here, but if I have multiple returns, I've started driving the extra 5 minutes to the Ann Arbor store just for the more approachable customer service.

Fast, friendly, Courteous. Only occasionally will I find those qualities at the USPS in the same strip center.

Have had issues with a particular staff member at this location in the past but the last few times I needed the services of UPS, the same individual was pleasant and most helpful!!! Very refreshing and grateful.

A few weeks before Christmas I went to the Chelsea store right after it opened for the day to return a few things. I had everything in order so it was not complicated. The employee had an attitude and was muttering under his breath. I asked him if something was wrong. He said he was busy and the store just opened. The more people came in, the bigger his bad attitude got!If you cannot do your job without a bad attitude, you have a few options:1- Do not work an opening shift. A shift later in the day might improve your attitude.2- Do not work in customer service. Customer service isn't for everyone.3- Get fired because of your attitude. Again- GET FIRED BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDE!The choice is up to you. I'm pretty sure someone will like the job you are complaining about and do it with an awesome attitude. Everyone is replaceable and this is a right to work state!

The guy that is normally there (Jake) is by FAR, the worst customer service Rep I have ever encountered. After watching him treat an elderly customer, who was in front of me this morning, with his usual distain I decided to call him out directly with regard to his unwelcoming and unprofessional demeanor (she even rolled her eyes at him on her way out). I said “you always seem disgusted to be here and act irritated when a customer approaches the counter”….his response was “well that’s how it is - what do you want me to do about it?” and the dialogue that followed only worsened. I understand everyone can have an occasional bad day but this guy is like this every day! Even barked at me as I was leaving “what do you want from me!” Someone needs to have a serious talk with this guy or move him to the back office - he has NO BUSINESS dealing with customers or the public. If he doesn’t like his job with UPS, then I suggest he find another - everyone is looking for help these days.

I have visited this store several times and every time has been a great experience. Tanner has been most helpful on more than one occasion.I have watched them help several people (while I look for emails) that didn’t understand the return process and they walked them through it and seemed happy to do so.

I would give this place no stars... the guy who works in the morning is rude. I had drop offs and needed to get them off my phone and he was making faces and mumbling something under his breathe. I said something like sorry I have to get this and I feel your rushing me with the way your acting. Not only did he deny it but was totally rude more and said it was in my head and all on me... excuse me? Such a punk move from a man who's a very disrespectful person. Sorry but when a customer is trying to get something and your staff is rude that's uncalled for and I won't back in there This isn't my first time experiences this at this drop off.Oh by the other comments on these reviews it seems to happen a lot and the response the store gives WOW.. So obviously nothing will changeRESPONSE TO the response:That is incorrect... I will not be responding anymore because it's not worth it. How things were handled was wrong and this is an ongoing issues at this place
