Kudos to the employee who helped my friend close her P.O. box yesterday. I was there too and appreciated how patient and professional she was. She calmly repeated our options when it was clear we were confused, and she suggested a solution that helped my friend out. We're grateful for her excellent service.

Employees are stealing uninsured packages, claiming they were never scanned in as their story. Avoid this post office at all costs. Unprofessional, use the Dexter location if you want actual customer service and your packages to make it to its intended destination.

Best post office ever! Excellent parking, very clean and always has more than enough supplies and stamps available for the customer. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. The hours are very convenient Monday through Friday 9 to 530 Saturday 930 to 1. So many people complain about the Post Office or how long it might take a package to get somewhere but that has nothing to do with the office it's self. People need to stop with the negativity about the Postal Service and be grateful they live in a country that even has a postal service especially as efficient as United States is. It is the cheapest in the world, the fastest, the most efficient, and the safest. Not to mention the Postal Service started in 1775 before America was even a country and is in the Constitution. So if you feel you're not getting a good deal go to another shipper you will be back to mail through the Postal Service because they are the best!

The tall skinny guy that works here takes a perverse Delight in telling people no. I've never seen a ghoul in real life until I went to this post office! It's a bit of a drive but go to Dexter instead!

Terrible ,complained to postmaster or someone there about not getting mail and always getting neighbors mail who live on another street same address, but when you receive bank statements for March in July time to really get to the problem. Bills received after due date ,have to explain to cable insurance co no invoice, then receive package never delivered from March reorder now the original packaged arrived. This has been happening since I've lived here. For financial info delivered to wrong address should not happen.

I don't know what it is about this place, but I consistently have bad experiences with unfriendly and unhelpful staff there. From refusing to let me update our package leaving instructions, to not letting me use a piece of tape to attach a shipping label, they seem to think they are supposed to be unhelpful and have bad attitudes. I supposed I could use the Dexter post office and see if they hire friendly, customer-service oriented staff, but that would be out of my way and doesn't seem worth the trouble. I don't know what to do about it though, I can't stop using the post office, so I just have to grit my teeth and say thank you and deal with them as little as possible.

Terrible service. Sent 2 items priority mail $7.75 each....took a week to get there. People are supposed to TRUST them with voting. Are you crazy?.?? Go to the polls..don't be lazy!!!! Going to the polls has worked for years!!!!

I walked in, I had a lost package. At first I didn't think they were going to be able to help, after having a near mental breakdown over lost packages from previous experiences the woman looked up my receipt and found my package. I would like to thank them so much - it wasn't the USPS at fault it was ebay.

Service is generally fine. Disappointed that passport hours are only 10-3, even though the branch is open later, as that requires us to pull kids from school in order to get their passports.

I frequent the Chelsea Post office often. I have never been treated rudely at this post office. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They are always very helpful!!!
