“I'm a great judge of character and these are good people. I just took my car up there to get looked at, he walked out to my vehicle in the parking lot, explained what i thought was wrong was not the issue, then showed and explained what the issue most likely was. As someone that doesn't know anything at all about cars or engines he explained it in a very easily understandable way, and even showed me what he was talking about. He told me how to proceed and how I can check if his guess was correct (it was an issue that couldn't be checked without driving a bit). Most times a mechanic would have just said "yup, you're right the problem is what you think it is, here's the bill"He's earned a customer for life.”

“I absolutely love this shop, always helpful... Until yesterday. An employee was confused and only ordered half of our parts, she did not call to confirm our order when she was confused about why we needed two complete sets of brakes (we own two identical cars). She even went as far as to say my husband said something he didn't when I called to clear up the confusion, it is never okay to lie. I don't want to ding their beautiful and earned 4.9 rating, but I am not very happy with this situation and it's too late to fix it. Make sure you confirm confirm confirm, it is NEVER annoying to get a call to make sure the parts are correct. It is VERY annoying to have to pay more elsewhere for the same parts that you should already have because you ordered them. I will continue to use this shop, but I would much prefer to work with Dan and not her.”
