I’m incredibly grateful to Frey’s Service Center for helping me yesterday. I was traveling when I suddenly had a serious brake problem. My brake pedal was going almost all the way down, and I still had about 80 miles left to drive.
They found that my brake caliper was leaking. When I explained that I was far from home and still had a long drive ahead of me, they went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and get my car repaired the same day so I could get back on the road safely.
Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional, and the price was very reasonable. After the repair, my brakes were working properly again and I was able to make it home safely.
I truly appreciate that they were willing to help me on such short notice when I really needed it. Thank you so much to everyone at Frey’s Service Center. I highly recommend them!”
