Bought a 2014 Volt today usually love buying cars but NOT HERE. They are actively damaging the batteries by leaving them drained to 0% sitting in the cold. Had to make 2 trips to get a test drive on 1 car and despite my intention to buy 2 cars today they convinced me to just take the best one when they refused to charge the other one before I got there. DONT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRIC HERE THEY HATE THEM AND WILL SABOTAGE YOUR PURCHASE. If you're choosing between this dealer and any other dealer go to the other one. Anyone else will work harder for the customer than these guys.

would give 0 star, went there to try and test drive a few cars, went into building with staff standing around, no one acknowledged me, no customer service, after about 45 min someone asked how can i help you, took them to the 2 cars i wanted to test drive, they had to put batteries in both taking even more time, test drives went fine but i felt something was off so i checked their reviews and left and never looked back its a salvage yard, 1/100 people get a good car here, it should be illegal for them to remain in business, the 5 star reviews are all fake, no one has bought a good car from here i guarantee, imagine going to a dealership to test drive a car and they have to put a fricking battery in it...its insane they are still in business..DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I REPEAT YOU WILL GET A LEMON

I think that some folks need to get up a little bit earlier so they have longer to B.h. Many of these reviews are a crock of c*** . If someone has that much trouble with a car they would it seems take them to court.. Ive heard some great things and am looking forward to checking them out:)

Garrick the sale person was extremely helpful. He seem to know what was good for you . A few hip ups but would come back to buy again . Excellent place to get a car from . Everyone in show case was helpful and knowledgeable.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a Cadillac SRX from here on July 28, 2023. I did not even make it all the way home. The engine was crap. fought with the warranty company for a couple months and am just NOW able to drive my car (10/17/23). I needed a whole new engine. test drive was fine. but didn't even make it all the way home. PLEASE read some of these other reviews from people with similar issues and cars with unsafe conditions. I wish I would have. And note that this dealership has an As Is policy. NOT worth it.

Bought a beautiful Cadillac 2011 CTS-4 today at Showcase Auto Sales and it runs beautifully! Its got low mileage and V6 power at a reasonable price. Thanks to Micah, I was able to drive it home today...Real friendly cooperative people with a giant selection of vehicles to choose from, I'd recommend!

CJ klocked showed me excellent customer service. I was looking for my first sport/luxury car He presented me with a really nice 2006 Chrysler 300c he didn’t explain much. He pretty much just handed me the keys and told me to take her for a ride and also to take my time. Which kind of caught me by surprise because a lot of salesman like to give you a sales pitch but CJ just handed me the keys which I really respect. I test drove a few other vehicles at the lot but i was stuck on the Chrysler 300. CJ was able to give me a amazing deal for the 300c including a 6month drive train warranty and I was extremely pleased, I definitely recommend coming to showcase auto if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Purchased a 2013 Buick Enclave - Sales Men C J Klocke was great! He encouraged us to take a good look over on the vehicle and to not feel rushed. We found a couple items we wanted looked into on the vehicle and he took care of it. Would do business here again.
