When I go in there about 5 AM usually the worker at the front desk is the most rudest coldhearted person I’ve really ever encountered.. She’s just plain out, rude to almost every customer that comes in.

I’m a DoorDash/Uber eats delivery driver and I was picking up an order from the store when the employee at the register very rudely told me to wait when I was asking if the bags on the counter were what I was picking up even though it would’ve only taken her a second to confirm that it was what I was supposed to be there for. She was technically in the process of helping a customer, but it doesn’t interrupt what she was doing. In fact the customer wasn’t even at the counter paying they were in the process of walking over to the register. I don’t know what her problem was, but I frankly wasn’t happy with what happened.

7-11 is nice, getting there without a vehicle scares me so I don't go often.

This cashier was very unprofessional. Went to go buy slurpees with a couple of friends when the cashier told us to quiet down. We werent even being loud or anything just talking. We also arent any kind of people who would cause issues even though we are teenagers we didnt do anything just simply wanted a slurpee. When we went to go pay the card reader wasnt working properly and I myself havent used a card to pay for things many times so I thought it was something I did wrong and even apologized for the inconvenice. The cashier proceeded to whisper under her breath how it was my fault and I was "too young to use a card machine". Now I may be wrong but this is very ageist. Even after her figuring out that the card machine was the problem she still gave me attitude and rolled her eyes when I said "thank you". She needs to be fired.

Train these cashiers how to properly bag your items and cash people out in a timely manner. Your employee that was working at 4pm today must have confused the time and place to share opinions and have conversations. also smelled like liquor and cigarettes, check into that.

This place is scamming customers, I went to try and buy an item (water) on sale and the employees refused to sell me the item (water) after I discovered the price was higher than the sticker tag price and told me to leave the store. This place is violating the State law regarding consumer sticker prices and the employees are probably pocketing the difference themselves because they think customers are stupid not to check the price tags.

They have a lot of slurpee flavors other locations do not but it would be nice to come in at 930 pm and not have a worker muttering by the machines how she wants to get off of work and keep looking back at the couple of people waiting to get their slurpee. She must have said it 4 times, making rude comments and she was blocking the machines trying to refill things so she could leave. Was unbelievable how rude she was. No greeting of hello or smile. Just ridiculous.
