Love Cheryl the owner and majority staff are great. Paula on the other hand is nasty and provides worst customer service I have ever seen . Making any convenience store very inconvenient.

Really bad customer service. Not polite at all. Rude when you ask for help. Racially profile you and make you feel uncomfortable. And will follow you around. This is the only store that does this I live in new Baltimore and go to the marathon that’s chill and help their customers. Don’t plan on coming back to this location due to the treatment I received today.

So there are very friendly people here it just depends on who you get. Stopped in to get lotto tickets use my debit card which I’ve done 100 times at this location and at other locations and I was told I couldn’t. He wouldn’t allow me to even purchase what I had with my debit card and get money out and then purchase the lotto tickets. Last time I will ever shop here with so many other 7-Elevens around the area why bother?I’m also reported to the Michigan lotto

Put $50 in their Lottery kiosk for instant ticket. Took money gave no ticket. Asked the cashier 3 days in a row to give my name and number to lottery rep. My phone number just hung on the board. Rep comes in every morning. Nobody would help me. Play lottery at this store AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! I have been a reg customer here for 18 years!

I hate for a establishment to lie and say their is no public restroom when u have someone coming out of it smh I don’t know if it’s because I work for a well known delivery company or they not to fond of my skin tone but I don’t really appreciate it either way PERIOD RUDE ESTABLISHMENT
