I used to enjoy going to this ABC but it has gone downhill. The deals that were previously available are long gone. Each of last 3 visits I walked out and then went to either different ABC or best buy and made my purchase. Not going back.

The furniture that I purchased started pulling apart at the seams in only a matter of 3 months on both of my recliners and a part of the frame came out of the back of my couch in less than 2 months. I was able to get my couch replaced under my warranty however, when I tried to have my recliners fixed or replaced, I was told by the warranty company that because they stopped making this style recliners I could not have them replaced but I could get something else for $250 or less and buy a new warranty for each chair. Why did I have to purchase a warranty if I was not going to be able to use it beyond 3 months? Hopefully someone else had better luck than I did with their furniture. I will never buy from them again and I will not advise anyone else to.

ABC's warranty is a scam. They claim it's covered, then when you need it, they say they don't cover items that break. My fridge, stove and dishwasher all broke after having only had them about 3 years. Biggest pieces of garbage i've ever bought. $5,000 down the drain.

I've shopped and purchased here several times. I've had excellent service and experiences here every time. Big on up selling but still have great prices and staff.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My sales person Dante was very knowledgeable and guided me through a tricky purchase for two homes. I would highly recommend the Chesterfield ABC warehouse to any and everyone.

We walked in, and when approached by one of the six salesmen just standing there waiting for a customer, I said, "We want the lowest priced, stainless steel dishwasher that you carry. " We were immediately taken to a model that was, in fact, more than $100 higher than their lowest priced. I thanked him for the information and told him we'd found one for substantially less elsewhere. We were taken to the central sales desk where he took a couple of minutes finding what i'm sure he knew to be the lowest priced dishwasher (still slightly more than what we found at Lowes) I again thanked him for his time and we left. I will not allow myself to be nothing more than a higher commission in any store. If you want me to buy something more expensive, tell me why it's worth the extra money and leave me alone to make my decision. And do not pay the"let's barter"game. I'm not good at it (I don't believe most people are) And it's uncomfortable. I always leave feeling that I could have gotten a better price if I was better at negotiations. I won't be back to ABC They have too much competition for games

I was in the market for a new dishwasher. I went to Best Buy to check what they had and was not impressed. Also, not one employee offered any help. Next stop, Lowes. Same story on the selection and again limited customer service. I ended up at ABC Warehouse, where I was met at the door by a salesperson who took the time to actually sell me a new Bosch dishwasher. Thanks for taking my money.

Some of the furniture are made poorly. My bed frame broke because it is made from pressed wood. The side rails split and detached from the screws. The wood is not repairable and the warranty ended about 5 months....so no help from ABC warehouse. This bed is for one person that weighs approximately 175 pounds. So this bed frame lasted about 17 months. The price I paid for this bed was way more than for pressed wood. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

Terrible service and communication, I will never use them again. The manager had no response to their mistake. My refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today. But ABC warehouse messed up and now they can't deliver it. Totally unacceptable !!!!
