Our salesperson Tyler was great! A very informative, helpful, easy going and non pressure sales experience overall. We ended up with a mattress we’ve never heard of, but after comparing almost every one in the store, we felt that we made a solid decision. Highly recommend.

Great service, I recommend the Chesterfield store. The sales peeps were very knowledgable. If your thinking of purchasing a mattress I suggest you go here before you go to any of the local big box appliance stores.

Buyer Beware!!!!!This company merged with a sister company and that company is no longer covering the rebates that were promised upon purchase. Salesman reporting that customers are coming into the store and they are upset over this and warranties are no longer covered as well. This is the response I received after multiple attempts and Avenues to reach a contact person: "US mattress sister company that they merged with will not cover the rebates offered by the previous mgt at this time. Any promotions that were run previous to the merge are no longer honored." Stated to reach out to Stearns and Foster in which their repsonse " It looks like this rebate is done directly through your retailer, and they will need to assist you further. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist in third-party purchases." Shame shame on this company. I will stick with the companies that have been around and will take care of their customers and follow through with purchase agreement.
