The Chesterfield AT&T on 23 Mile in the Fields Plaza has exceptional customer service. Allen and Tyler went above and beyond to help us yesterday with the upgrade and purchase of new phones for my parents. Allen and Tyler went over options and different style phones that would be best them. They were very patient in helping my mom with her decisions and purchase. A++ customer service

My experience at this AT&T branch was amazing! I went to upgrade my phone, and the process took under fifteen minutes. The staff was so knowledgeable & efficient. I honestly DO recommend this branch to anyone & everyone.

Why haven't I gone her before. Rita and her crew are so professional and knowledgeable. They were very busy when I visited but was immediately greeted and told someone would be with me soon. Great customer service. Will only go to this store from now on.

Very friendly customer representative. They are worrying about costumers. Apologized for my inconvenience, Honestly, there was no inconvenience whatsoever. Representatives State to come back at any time if any of my phone will have an issue. I have tried to add more line on computer, but unfortunately unable to do that. When I entered the building, representatives told me that they are there for me to fix any problems I have.
I also noted when there was no customers around they were continued to make sure that long Term customers been taken care of and not forgotten. This is something I have never seen at T-Mobile stores. Somehow it felt like I was a port of their family member. Warmth and cozy came out from both representatives.

I had the best experience working with Rita and her staff! I came in extremely irritated after spending hours on the phone with customer support. Rita is an absolute 💎 with a heart of gold. Her employees seem to really love what they do and her leadership. Thank you Rita and staff!

Went here for new phone. Told us my sister was not an authorized user and would have to have my brother put her on the account. My brother stated she was on the account but we were unsuccessful. Went to different store and they had zero issues. I hope the store smelling like marijuana had nothing to do with the issue!
