I went into the ATT store on 23 mile in Chesterfield to switch my phone plan from Verizon. Right when I walked through the door I heard the manager RITA and her employees yelling to each other from across the room and complaining about customers right in front of them. I waited my turn patiently and when she finally got to us she was still bouncing around between multiple phone calls and continuously screaming at her other employees. Not to mention she was also cursing very loudly, rolling her eyes, and eventually kicked out an Elderly customer who just had a question about turning his phone on. My girlfriend sister and I came in to create our own phone plan and we had a lot of questions and we were very confused. The actions from RITA and her employees in the store made me even more confused and frustrated because I could not keep her attention for more than a few minutes without her screaming, swearing, or complaining across the store. We finally left the store after 4 hours of trying to get straight answers to simple questions. In my first bill I noticed I was charged an extra $50. After calling customer service 4 times and dealing with them for hours on end I finally got the situation under control. On my final call to customer service they told me that RITA at the store we set our plan up with added a whole extra phone and whole extra line without our permission. This would’ve cost us an extra $1500 if we had not caught it sooner. Please do not deal with her if you ever go to the ATT store. She will act as though she’s here to help but screw you over in the end. RITA is an obnoxious, unprofessional, con artist who scams old, confused, and vulnerable customers into making more money for herself.

I had a great experience at the Chesterfield location. At&T , has very knowledgeable employees , that are there to assist you in finding a great phone , affordable, for you… I recommend , that anybody looking for a great place to buy a phone, consider AT&T, you leave feeling like I did, happy that I made AT&T, my first choice

Signed up for internet just over a month ago. Comcast store had a 30 minute wait to even talk to someone. Walked in here and Allen greeted me right away. He's professional and not over the top like most sales people. Customer service was excellent and easy to understand. My router arrived within 2 days.Would recommend 10/10

I usually don’t leave reviews but ask for Allen, he got me a special deal. Even went out of his way to setup bluetooth in my car after trying for 15 minutes.
