usually one of my favorite stores to go to, even if it's just to pass time and browse around, but my last experience there was a bit upsetting specifically with geek squad. took my phone in for repairs under apple care, they're a "certified" apple repair site. my microphone was broken, they preformed numerous "digital" tests which didn't tell them anything besides everything is all good. my microphone was so muffled you couldn't hear anything. they finally did a test for a microphone specifically and it failed. the guy did the best he could to clean it out which i appreciate and of course it's not his fault my phone is broken, he told me they could repair it but they don't have the parts, they have to hold my phone until parts came in or they could ship out to apple which would've been almost a week. on top of that, i pay for apple care plus and they told me it would be $50? i declined all repairs and took it to the apple store which i should've done in the first place. they got my phone repaired in only a few hours AND NO CHARGE!!!!

Chock a block full of flat screens. But lackluster on the customer service front. I will use them when I don't need to interact with a human, but sometimes I have questions. It would appear that customer service is dead or dying at the Chesterfield Best Buy. ?

whats the effing point in calling the store if they only have some lame al answering n refusing you to talk to anyone in the store? telling me that no one in the store will have any information n cant help.

I got myself into an emergency Mac book situation and desperately needed to transfer my old data to a new Mac. The two guys that helped me out in geeksquad were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and understanding in such a time crunched situation.

My wife an I stopped in to buy 2 fire sticks 4k max , we are both over 70 , Kyle Aupperle came over asked if we needed, we sure did . He explained the difference between them , he was very helpful and friendly. We got them. Then he helped my wife with a iPhone storage problem (full) then he explained the difference in smart tv , if we decide to get we will come to see Kyle ,

Really like this best buy, large, plenty of space to park. Avoid 23 mile, horrible road, Chesterfield should be embarrased. They should have planned a head and put in median like Gratiot. Not Best Buys fault just going from the Gratiot side. The turning right onto 23 to get to the highway is not bad .

Geek Squad is amazing. I spoke with some that come to your home and do installation, and they answered all of my questions! Even some that I didn't know to ask! I cant say it enough Geek Squad is amazing!!

Went to buy a Samsung TV, and I wish I could remember the gentlemans name, but he was an LG specialist. He talked me into getting a bigger, better LG TV and then found an even better tv that they had a special deal on. The excitement on his face finding this TV for me at that price. He was as excited as I was! It is one of the best electronic purchases I've made, and this is coming from someone who was brand loyal to samsung on TVs.

No salespeople to help you. Good luck if you have a question about something. Waited about 10 minutes, no one came around to help went elsewhere. Will not be returning to the store anytimesoon.
