The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and it feels like family when you are visiting. The selection of items to glaze is BEYOND anything you could dream of. Pricing is incredible. Can't wait to go back!

My granddaughter and I spent an afternoon here. They have a wonderful selection of ceramic- ware and all the glazes and brushes you'll need. We had a blast!

I have been going to. Creative Keepsakes for 26 years. I just visited yesterday and talked with the owner Kathy and she is so talented. She has so much knowledge in the ceramic business. I’ve attended special classes from hand designs with special glazes to glass work! I would. Definitely recommend her studio.

I don’t think I would go back to this specific location. We completed our ceramics 3 weeks ago and we have yet to receive a call that my item is ready. Explanations given on how it works are inconsistent. One group will be told information that the next group isn’t given. They also need more bottles of paint to accommodate the number of people. Concept of what they do is great, but find a better spot to go.

We went for a girls day and we were so excited for a fun relaxing time. That was far from our experience. The lady working was extremely rude telling us we need to be quick because they close at 5 and it was only 3 pm. She continued to to be rude and didn’t explain anything to us. Then 2 girls came in with some questions and when they left the 2 employees talked crap about them right in front of us. Extremely unprofessional and will not be back.

I’ve been here twice so far and will be back. It is a fun activity for myself, my friends, and even my grandson!

Took my teenagers here, and we had a good time. You need to call and make a reservation ahead of time, or you may end up not getting a table to paint. Expect about 1.5-2 hours to paint. I had a small oval plate, and it took me way longer than I had originally thought it would. You have to go over your paint 4 times for the paint to look thick when it is done, so keep that in mind on parts that have small details. I think they should offer an adult only section or time, maybe a paint and sip kind of night.
The ladies that work there were very nice, but they do talk about customers in front of everyone, and that is a turn-off for me. When people would walk in, the lady helping them would almost seem like they were an inconvenience, but in a nice way, if that makes sense. Just make an appointment or call ahead so everyone can be prepared.

Came here with my daughter and a friend to do some pieces for Christmas in November. Was told when we left it would take two weeks. Called at the 2.5 week mark and they weren’t ready. Called at the three week mark- nope they’re behind. Called two days before the “last day to pickup before Christmas” and they can’t find my daughter’s tree?! Ashley, who answered the phone was always clueless and inconvenienced by a call. They finally found my daughter’s tree and guess what? It hadn’t been fired yet. The DAY before they’re scheduled to close. Unbelievable. I did end up getting my pieces on Saturday, but no lights or light kit because they were too busy to go see if they had any left for me to purchase. If you’re their regular customer- they will treat you like gold. If you only come a couple times a year, good luck to you. The service is terrible and we will not be back.

First time I went everything was fine. I went again today to pick up my nieces trees and put mother of pearl on my tree. I was initially told $10 to put mother of pearl on it and another $10 to fire it. Today I was charged $15 plus another $15 to fire it again. For a total of $30. I was not happy but I was over a barrel too with a partially completed tree. I was thinking of going back to do a Halloween tree but I’m having second thoughts. Another thing, the workers have to realize people can hear them. A customer came in looking for nine pieces but was given only eight. Luckily she counted it prior to leaving and staff was looking high and low for the piece. This happened to another customer who came in with staff not knowing where they were. It was a bit chaotic. Needs to be better organized.
