This location appears to be stigmatizing. I went in this morning to pick up a script. My OB said they faxed the script over; it was not in their system. I had to try two different last names because I recently just got married and was unsure if they had my updated last name in their system. It did not appear they liked this, and I felt as though they began questioning my reliability. Maybe it was just me, NO. I left and contacted my OB, they reported they faxed it twice and that if I was having issues, I could just come in a grab a physical copy. Problem being, I do not have time, so I called CVS. I could not physically talk to someone; I had to wait for a call back. Once I received a call back the women on the phone appeared frustrated and stated, "I do not have anything for you." I said ok, well can I get a fax number incase my OB is having issues sending things over. She said, "We don't give patients our fax number." In a very rude tone (how am I supposed to know.) Additionally, she reported, "Most places use e-file anyway." Again lady, how am I supposed to know this, you can't check your fax? So, rationalizing with this rep, she asked me to have them contact her or try the e-file, so I did.
Point of the review being, this is the first time in using this pharmacy. I am just glad I did not have to have this exhausting experience with medication that I may have needed more swiftly than this whole experience. It is sad to know that staff struggle to lead with empathy and care working in a field of such nature. I fear for anyone going into this location and being stigmatized for simply obtaining their medications. You (staff) do not know what patients have been through and it appears you just want to keep adding to people's hardships. After reading other reviews, it makes sense. CVS, train your staff.
I will be switching pharmacy's after this.
Beware, attempt other locations if you do not wish to be bombarded by what appears to be stigmatization.

I've been using this Pharmacy for about 8 years now, never really had any major problems biggest issue was some of my scripts are filled with the wrong gage or type of needle. The staff are always friendly. They can get pretty busy so expect a bit of a wait sometimes even in the drive thru. Consultation has helped me out with a couple medicine interaction questions over the years I can normally find what I need and it's rare to find it out of stock.

Pharmacy is terrible, stand there for 15 minutes and get no help while 3 employees behind the counter are standing around. Avoid this pharmacy

It be appreciated if you tell your company to update your website times for the drug store hours so you're not inconvenience your customers that work woth certain time schedules thanks

It seems like the pharmacist goes out of her way to prevent you from getting your prescriptions. The wait at the drive thru is probably so long because the pharmacist is busy interrogating patients and doctors. They do not care if you are out of your prescription and do not return calls for days. When you try to talk to them, they will not listen and talk over you. Additionally, you can only leave voicemails. You can’t call and talk to someone immediately. I have never had an issue with a pharmacy and had the same prescriptions prior to this. Save your time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else.

Slow...always waiting in line 15 minutes or more to pick up a prescription. I went to pick up my prescriptions a couple days ago and the drive thru was almost wrapped around the building. There is also another prescription that I need, they fill it one time then when I go to get a refill it's on "back order" for months!! This happened twice so I just gave up and don't take it anymore.

Tried to checkout my two items at the self checkout. The machine needed an employee to reset and there was nobody around to help. I Should have just took the items and walked out.

The sign outside the door says opens at 8am and I'm here at 9am and the door is locked.

I brought my mom in for the flu and shingles vaccine. We made a appointment, walked in at scheduled time.. easy peasy. My mom has late stage Alzheimers, the pharmacist was so patient and gentle with her.. thank you!
